Hi My sad story is the same as everyone els. I'm being harassed with phone calls ,speaking with different people and given the run around , from Markhams to The atorneys no1 but me to figure out what are my rights? I paid my account up to date Markhams admits this but the attorneys won't listen. I'm still waiting on a supervisor or some1 to call. If any1 knows what to do please comment. Thanks.
<p>Simply put I've logged over and over the same fault for 4 months with no help from SA's biggest telecom service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I had enough I lodged a dispute against for services not rendered because I've paid R900 plus for months for nothing and they refuse to help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I log the fault...</p> <p>Fault 437CRK091216.</p> <p> </p> <p>And I get this response but they didn't fix it they just click a button and claim that it's been fixed. For 4 months , here's the rest of the ref with the same result.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fault 244CRK070217.</p> <p>Fault 1077CRK130217.</p> <p>Fault 287CRK180217.</p> <p>Fault 422CRK200217.</p> <p>Fault 375CRK230217.</p> <p>Fault 688CRK010317.</p> <p>Fault 738CRK170317.</p> <p> </p> <p>And that's just the faults I was able to relog on the same no. I called over 20 times and spoke to dozens of telkom agents not to mention the people I find fixing (technitions) on the streets who all promise to fix my line and adsl.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever.</p>
<p>After trying over dozen times to get ahold of some1 , i finally get through , im asked to send my details and once done some1 will contact me with the invoice .That never happend ,once again i tried getting ahold of some1 at the office only for me to explain myself all over again , once the invoice came through i transfer the moneis into the account just to get a call with the person on the other line(bryan) who has terrible work ethics telling me that i will have to wait inline he has no idea how long it will take for the artwork to come through coul be days and if i want he will tranfer the money back into my account . I guess 24 nusiness cards has enough work and clients and doesnt need my business. Thats ok because there are plenty companies looking for business,</p>
