The new app sucks, keeps glitching and cannot complete watching series you were watching on the old app. You completely ruiend it.
Worst customer service you will ever get. Incomplete orders, orders take anything form 2 weeks to 3 months. I have lost so many clients because of this company. Their staff turnover is so bad, you can be lucky if you speak to the same person twice. They NEVER call back, they NEVER respond. You can be as nice, rude desperate as you want. Beg, scream ask nicely, they just dont care. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET EVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

There are amounts debited and credited</p> <p>On the statements for November and December that I have no clue about and when I phone the</p> <p>Call centre they don’t know either.</p> <p> </p> <p>You keep on debit and crediting my account with no explanation as to what these amounts are</p> <p>For, and you just refuse to pay me back!</p> <p>I have also had no explanation as to how in the hell you can upgrade my accounts so easily,</p> <p>When it is not even possible for me to go into a shop and upgrade my own contracts legally without</p> <p>A mountain of paperwork, signatures, copies etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried to be patient, but have not seen a cent of the thousands that your company fraudulently</p> <p>Deducted from my account for a year.</p> <p>I want the full amount paid into my bank account, I did not give you permission to use that credit</p> <p>For invoices (invoices that should be part of that credit as it was still on a contract that was fraudulently</p> <p>Upgraded)</p> <p>You just keep taking my money!</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone better contact me very urgently, I am fed-up!</p>
<p>I have had two of my data packages fraudulently upgraded. MTN took 10 months to "resolved" this. They have now terminated the contracts, and reverted them to Pay as you go. I have contacted the call centre about 20 times, written countless emails, visited two different stores, and sent them messages on Facebook, and no reply. They owe me thousands of rands. No one at MTN is making any attemt to refund me to these fraudulent upgrades. I could not stop payments, as my personal phone is on the same account, and they would have cut off my phone. Just trying to resolve this has cost me a lot of money in phone calls and petrol as well. I am livid at this stage. DO NOT GET AN MTN CONTRACT. MTN knows which store is doing these fraudulent upgrades, the sales person at one of their outlets showed me on her screen. MTN refuses to do anyting about that store, and they are refusing to contact me back regarding my refund.</p>
