Really disappointed with the service I received from Bike Addict and salesman Wayne I bought a brand new Scott spark 970 at first replies was fast during the sales process , Paid waited a over a month for my bike. Anyway received the bike had small scratch on the handle bar from one of their guys fitting the gear selector didn't bother me to much at the time Fast forward a few weeks later we took the bikes (My brother also bought one from them) for a drive at a nature reserve. Paid entrance spent money on traveling ext just to find that my bikes gears doesn't work forcing me to go home ( My brothers bike didn't have any issues where as mine you can clearly see the difference as if they were in a rush to complete mine and just did a half rush job) I emailed Wayne to inform them of the issues I had no reply received called him later to follow up no apologies for the issue ext advised that he is waiting for management and he will reply still nothing really bad service they are quick to take your money but when you have issues don't expect anything from them Rather buy from a reputable dealer like Cycle Lab ext if you would like after sales service since with bike addict after your money is received they don't care
Fibre has been down for a week due to faulty installation from vumatel, Tech came out I was advised if I install conduit he would run the new fibre line (So you as a client must do there work for them ) anyways did the installation called the tech he said he would send someone now the day is over the tech ignores my calls the office logged a ticket no response received would not recommend them
