We had an exceptional experience in December 2020 such that we decided to book for a second visit in July 2021. Unfortunately, on the booked date, our car broke down. We informed Lake Eland that we would be late as we were trying to fix the car. The mechanic tried to fix the car for several hours with no success. We then requested for a postponement as the car issue was beyond our control. We were informed that all our money will forfeit. We were not cancelling and the situation was unforeseeable. 100% of accommodation fee forfeited just like that. Is this the right way to do business?
Applied for a number change through a Telkom shop in Musgrave, Durban. I was advised the process will not take more than seven working days. I then called the Telkom call center to track the progress on my application. I was informed that the application was not successful and I should go back to the shop to rectify the fault. I was further informed that since I haven't used the number for a number of days, the number was sent back to MTN. I want my number back. I spoke to several agents, including Nodumo, Mpho, Luanda etc for several hours. Telkom won't forget to debit my account month end... But my case is yet to be resolved.

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a powerbench, 2 x 10 kg barbell discs and a 25 kg barbell training set but the 1420 mm bar is missing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've called Makro online numerous time . No one seems to know where my bar is. I've even called the Amanzimtoti store, where my order was despatched.</p>
