Dear Telkom, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and commitment shown to loyal customers. I recently app**** for a new line under your advertised specials, and my application was approved with the assurance that my new phone would be delivered. After making five follow-up calls and receiving repeated promises, I have now been informed that the item is out of stock. Why was this not communicated to me last week? This situation is unacceptable. I am requesting that this matter be escalated immediately to a senior manager for urgent resolution. Guaranteed I am not going to get feedback or communication
I received a pair of Aldo shoes as a gift. The shoes are literally crumpling on the inside. This is my second time wearing them and they are breaking

Good Day This is by the worst experience I have had with Unisa, I requested a refund on the 30 January 2025. I completed the form which stipulates 14 day. Its literally months and I have yet to receive my refund.

I started my downgrade process on the 09 March 2025 and was told to contact Flycool two days before and not make any payment. I am still awaiting their exceptional service that I have yet to experience. Their Whatsapp number is useless, and they usually take 6/7 hours to get back to you. Their email channel has people who do not understand simple English and cannot connect the dots of what is going on . Sad that Vumatel is associated with an organization with such deplorable service.
This is by far the worst service provider. I had cancelled a contract in 2017 within a month of taking the contract .Today I was advised that my application for Fibre was declined due to me owing Telkom R2000 from 2017. Just by the way I have an existing contract with you guys that was approved after 2017 so where did this debt magically appear from.
