I PAID THE FIRST INSTALLMENT OF THE ARRANGEMENT AMOUNT MY ACCOUNT IS STILL SUSPENDED I MUST WAIT UNTIL THE FULL AMOUNT IS PAID UP END OF APRIL THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST MEDICAL AID IN SOUTH AFRICA EVERY MONTH I MUST PAY CASH FOR MEDICATION SO IM ACTUALLY PAYING MEDICAL AID FOR FREE EVERY MONTH IM GIVING AWAY R6501.33 HOW GENEROUS CAN A PERSON BE TO GIVE MONEY AWAY FOR FREE WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO USE THE MEDICAL AID WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE SIGNED A PAYMENT PLAN AGREEMENT TO START PAYING ARREARS AMOUNT FROM FEBRUARY TO APRIL I HAVE RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT MSIL STATING THE PAYMENT PLAN HAS BEEN LOADED ON SYSTEM STARTING WITH FEBRUARY CONTRIBUTION ON THE 27 FEBRUARY ON THE 27 JANUARY MY ACCOUNT WAS DRBITED TWICE WITH R4876 SO I DONT KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM I CALLED THIS MORNING SPOKE TO AYANDA FOR MY SUSPENSION TO BE LIFTED CREDIT DEPARTMENT TELLS HIM MY SUSPENSION WILL ONLY BE LIFTEN END OF FEBRUARY WHEN PAYMENT PLAN START I NEED MY MEDICATION THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID EVER PLEASE DONT SIGN UP WITH THIS MEDICAL AID
I JOINED BONITAS IN JULY 2022 I CALLED ON THE 20 JUNE SPOKE TO CURTIS VAN WYK HE SAID MY MEMBERSHIP WILL BE ACTIVE ON THE 1 JUY THEY WILL DEBIT END OF JUNE THEY DID NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT I MADE A MANUAL PAYMENT INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT WHICH THEY CONFIRMED THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT FOR THE MONTH OF JULY EVERY MONTH AFTER THAT THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 27TH IN OCTOBER THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND NOW IN DECEMBER WHEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THE MATTER THEY TELLING ME IM IN ARREARS FOR WHICH MONTH I DONT KNOW CAUSE I HAVE SENT THEM A 6 MONTH STATEMENT STATING THE PAYMENT OF EACH MONTH SINCE JULY THEY KEEP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT TWICE PUTTING MY BANK ACCOUNT IN A MINUS AND IN HONOURING FEES TO THE BANK THAT I MUST PAY FOR DEBIT ORDERS THAT DOES NOT EXIST THIS IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.
I have cancelled my contract after numerous calls and finally an email, I then when through the pain staking task of contacting again to verify if it has been cancelled and was confirmed, it is now 2 months later and my bank advised that I am in areas with cell c for two months , this is unacceptable now my credit is affected I want this to be sorted out ASAP and my name to be cleared
I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 22 NOVEMBER DELIVERY DATE 25 NOVEMBER TIME 11TO 1PM ITS PASS 2PM MY ORDER STILL NOT DELIVERED WE DO HAVE OTHER PLANS WAS SUPPOSE TO FETCH MY CHILD AT SCHOOL NOW I MUST PAY AFTERCARE FEES CAUSE I WILL BE LATE DUE TO WOOLWORTHS NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER ON TIME I PAID FOR DELIVERY ITS NOT A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE REGARDLESS HOW MUCH YOU SPEND YOU MUST STILL PAY DELIVERY FEES FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE THEY WANT TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER CANT KEEP UP TO THEIR STANDARD PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Has been going now for 4 month's trying to get a claim paid out , being sent from pillar to post ,being sent back and forth making numerous calls and complaints being assured by service team that it will be sorted yet nothing of the sort. What a joke Mr A Gore, will definitely not be taking any products with use again as well as making it my mission to spread the word of Discovery pathetic services!!!
Disgusted with how Discovery treats their clients, My husband and I have been with discovery for years and didn't really have an issue with them until now when my husband had an accident and needed to claim , He is currently on temp disability after he had a surgery in March for his spine .I then submitted a claim in June and was asked to send all relevant doc to which I did they then came back with a decision saying that they decline the claim for reasons thats not valid according to me .We then submitted it to be reviewed as all docs and info required was provide that was the 7 of September, we were promised to receive an outcome within 15 days to which we did not ,now I have to phone weekly and get cut off as my airtime runs out because of waiting.I NEED AN ANSWER SO I CAN TAKE IT TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS WHEN WE REALLY NEED OUR POLICIES TO ASSIST WE ARE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND !!!!
worst company ever i purchased a projector returned the broken projector on 18th May up until today they have not refunded my money every time i phone they keep saying they going to refund me but no refund worst people ever to deal with.
