Blectra Corp is one of the agents of Mastercare Appliance Repairs with whom I am insured. They logged a job to repair my washinh machine on Moday 8 April and uo to today no technician shwowed his face, On 17 Apri they orgised with me that a tecnician wil be there today. I have to cancelled all my appointments and close my practice. But behold no techniciaan showed his face, It is unaccepible that an insurance company make us of this useless company who don't even answer there telephone. Dr Meyer de /kock
Since last Friday night we are without landline telephones as well as our ADSL line due to cable theft. Up to now Telkom did not tell us, the subscribers, how long it will take to re-established our service in Mimosapark in Odendaalsrus in the Free State
A month ago the local branch of ABSA send all the documents re my late fathers, F.J. de Kock, estate (only R90,000 investment) of which I am the executor appointed by the Master of the High Court to the Estate Department of ABSA in Johannesburg, after I opened a estate account. After 2 weeks I lauch a complaint with ref nr ********** to the Bank Ombudsman which refer it back to ABSA complaints section. And up to today (a month later) I did not hear a word from the Estate Department of ABSA and the only communication with the local branch is "you are in the que". This is unacceptable for the small estate to take more than a month to be finalised. This is realy POOR service from an institution and bank like ABSA.
<p>Yesterday (30 Nov) 12h30 I've paid an outstanding amount on my Vodacom account at the Vodashop in Welkom. Five hours later I contact the Vodacom Call Centre for the reconnecting of my account. According to the consultant will it take 2 to 5 hours to reconnect. This morning (1 Dec) it was still not connected, so I phoned the call centre again at 8h00 and the consultant assure me that it will be reconnected in an hour's time. I phoned again at 10h00, same story, this time a consultant will phone me back. At 13h00 I phoned again, again a consultant will phone me back. It is now 16h45 and stil my account are not reconnected. THIS IS THE MOST APPALING SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Promises but no action. The Accounts Department of the Vodacom Call Centre ( ********** ) are hopeless. When my contract expires I am finished with Vodacom. A messag that I receiced during he night. It is now 12 noon and up to now no call from a consultant of Vodacom. IT IS AN UNBELIEVABLE POOR SERVICE, do they really think that they can put you af by a poromise that they will call, and they did not comply to their promise? APPALLING!!!!!</p> <p>People don't be so naive to believe them. This is an automated messsage. The same wording that I received last night. Stil no phone call from them after more than 72 hours. It is now nearly 16h00 and stil an empty promise, No phonecall from Vodacom!!!!!!! How long are "in due course"? That's the question. POOR SERVICE!! I can't believe that a cellular network does'nt really care about its customers and think they will be pleased with only a promise that a consultant will phone you SOMETIME!!!!!!</p> <p>It is now 17h30 and still no reaction except for the OUTOMATED RESPONSE from Vodacom. Nothing happens, no calls from a consultant. HOPELESS SITUATION. Just to get reconnected. Maybe they are not interested to comply to a customers wishes. I don't know anymore waht to do. ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE!!!!!!</p>
