I made an arrangement to pay my December fee at the end of January and the agent said she set it all up and it was all sorted January came and they only debited half of what we had agreed on A few weeks later another agent called me and I told her about the arrangement that I had made with one of her colleagues and she couldn’t see that arrangement so we had to make another one. We proceeded to make another arrangement but now this month end im being debited 3 times for the same account. It’s frustrating when it seems as if people don’t know what they are doing.

The wifi is really terrible we complained several times and got moved to a room that was even worse service it’s worse because we were travelling with kids i mean in this day and age we all know the WiFi is a big priority for people

The steers in protea glen is by far the worst ive ever had the burgers are never fully cooked through and the chicken is always dry when you order to deliver the order only comes 3 hours later with no updates and no one answering the phone. The ice cream gets to you already melted so in essence you are getting a milkshake. It’s a total waste of money
