Dropped off my jacket for replacement zip and a brand new unworn shirt I bought for my wife, sleeves needed to be amended. Quoted R300. Returned to be told if customer does or collect within 2 weeks, it's gone. R1000 worth of clothes "gone" meaning ******. Hes English was even more broken when trying to get out of an answer. Tried giving me someone else's jacket, ***. No response from any of their emails. Taking it further legally.
Sent rental docs, I'D and proof of address on the Monday morning. By Thursday morning after me having to chase up what's happening with my rental request/registration, no one picked it up, no one got back to me. Needed it for Eid day family photos and then was told my ID needed to be certified. I should've checked but the non existing service is gross. I'm use to using Orms who are extremely customer centered and much simpler to rent from. Nothing from Camera Shack regarding what can be done so that I can still take photos of my family on our holy day of Eid. Just complete silence. No response at all.
I HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING RUGANI FOR MANY YEARS. AND SO HAS MY FAMILY. MY WIFE, 2 YEAR OLD SON AND I ALL ENJOY IT AND DEPEND ON IT FOR HEALTH REASONS, I CANNOT DRINK REGULAR JUICE. THIS TIME HOWEVER, THERE'S BEEN A MANUFACTURING DEFAULT WITH YOUR PLASTIC LIDS. ITS HAPPEND BEFORE BUT IV NEVER REPORTED IT. IT WAS NOT SEALED ON CORRECTLY AND NOW OUR FRIDGE IS COVERD IN RUGANI JUICE INSIDE. BOUGHT AT THE DISCHEM STORE AT CANAL WALK, CAPE TOWN. I EMAILED RUGANI MULTIPLE TIMES BUT NO RESPONSE.
Shaw Academy advertised free online course. I signed up and it said , 1 month free access after that, they will take money from my account. So even though the course was ‘Free’, I still had to enter my card details online. I had so much trouble with Shaw Academy’s website and app that I decided to cancel my Free course long before the 1 month free trial expired. They make it difficult to cancel but when I did, I received a confirmation email stating that my account had been cancelled. After that, Shaw Academy sent me 9 text messages on different days saying that if I reactivate my course, I would receive free course materials/tools. I blocked every single message from them. A month later, Shaw Academy took R400 out of my bank account and said that I reinstated my course which I never did at all. They are now refusing to reimburse my R400 for a course I've never done.
I bought a whole grilled chicken from Spar Kromboom at 7.20pm on Sunday 02.02.2020. Half raw, blood and uncleaned. I sent photos of the disgust since last Sunday but no response.
