I had to take a Uber to my friend as my car was in to be fixed. My friend organised the driver, who was WHATMORE, CAA155750, I called my friend when in the Uber then I got there and wanted to see if I got calls on my phone, but the phone was not with me. I knew it fell out in the Uber. I tried to contact the Uber and so did my friend, logging several calls just for Uber to eventually get back and say it was not in his car. But i know it was in the back of that car as I would have heard the phone fall out and we checked, in her complex immediately. Uber closed the request without anything else. this is pathetic to know that you cannot even trust a freaking uber driver as he stole my phone and in my situation, this was the last thing i deserved, I had a car with expenses and now I have no money to buy a damn phone and i need it as i work from home. I would have given the uber driver some money for returning my phone, but he decided to be untruthfull and rather ***** from someone
My first experience was a total bliss, everything was quick, regular back and forth messages to keep you informed, BUT this time I am left in the dark. I applied online to renew my lisence, and funds went off and email was received to informed me it was received (on the 13th of February). Now, the online support email don't work, the phone line keeps on telling me the line is busy and there is absolutely nothing on my profile that shows that where they currently are with the progress. My license expired today,,, so now this is past urgent. Very disappointed with this company, I thought they had it all to be successful with their client service.. Would be nice if someone can pls phone me and let me know where they are in the process and when I can expect my disc.
I sent money to the atm for myself as I lost my bank card, so I could have money. The one transaction said I cant redeem the voucher. I needed the money so I had to pay money over again, I contacted them and they said the voucher was redeemed. I explained that i did not redeem this voucher. They just kept quiet and left it. I then had a scenario that this happend again and I phoned them and said it happend again. They immediately fixed it, without questions. Then i mentioned the one at the atm which I am still waiting on. They said they will lodge a query,,, again nothing... i sent several mails and they kept on saying it was redeemed. i ASKED THEM TO PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE CAMERA AT THE ATM. i DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONEY. They ignored my mails regarding this and never came back to refund the money. I have the proof /date/time/atm everything and asked them to please just investigate as this is my money and it could happend to other people. They kept on telling me this was redeemed and that is it, so actually they are saying their systems cant be wrong the client is. I will definatey not spend so much time on something that i redeemed. #SODISSAPOINTMENTINCAPITEC
They are professional/friendly and efficient. Will definately order from them again. They kept me informed when the stock was not what i orderderd and had a friendly manner on the phone. When i received the package it was nicely packed like a gift,, was beautiful and nice to open. LOOOOOOVE THEM AND VERY EXCITING TO BOOK MY NEXT OUTFIT.
I had to reschedule a debit order date with the callcentre. And after a long year of dealing with **** service and rude people in this world, I got to Eddie who assisted me quickly and also made sure I am covered in the new year and that everything is in place. He also gave me a quote if I add a rental car. He made me think of a few things that I need to look at in the new year! Getting a friendly person on the other side of a callcentre is ALWAYS a pleasure!
I had a problem with my first claim. The consultant to contacted me to assist was very friendly and helpfull. She emailed me immediately as promised and was very professional. Keabetswe Lamoen you really made my day, as I have not experience good service in a while. She turned the bad situation into something that warmed my heart!
I bought Thrive porrige at Checkers with a few other things. I was in a hurry that day and had to rush from the shop back to work. When I got home i realised the porrige was not packed in with the other goods. I tried to phone the number on the slip but nobody picked up. I tried again the next morning, but nothing. I drove all the way back to checkers to inform them between what time i bought this and which till. The person who assisted me was friendly, but only asked a few people if anyting was left and then went into a book . He then told me "sorry" nothing was left here. Not worried about the fact that I paid R30 for stuff i didnt have. It was my problem suddenly. Really??? The fact that they did'nt bother to offer me another packed seeing that I have the slip with the porridge reflecting? of try at least to make this situation better. Seeing that i have no porridge now. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY HANDLED THIS NOW.

This is not avaialable at any place but I got this website on google and saw you can order online, because this was a really professional website and I really needed this, I ordered online and paid. This has beeen almost a month and on the website it reflets that my payment has not gone through, i emailed them and got a reply that they apologise for delay and my order will be released if i still want it. I did want it and I said yes, It has been another week and nothing. If you try to phone the only number on the website. nobody picks up. I phoned several times. THIS WOMAN'S NAME IS GINA MORRIS AND I AM FURIOUS. This was alot of money that I did not get anything for. I hope nobody buys from this website ever online. www,wallpaperdecor.co.za.
