Vodacom pubilshed their new price cuts today (1 Apr), but the new price of R469 for 10GB is certainly not a discount rate, as I am paying this precise amount for the past few months alreay, when purchasing 10 GB via Standard Bank app. Stop misleadibg the public.

"Always Open"? Not true - as this Hotel closed down on us on the 24th December. They've accepted our booking & deposito well in advance, but not deliver to the expected service. We've arrived on the 23rd (planned to stay till the 26th, after Christmas), but we rather left the next morning (24th) after being informed that all services (kitchen, restaurant etc) will be closed on 24 & 25th. Why were we not informed about this well in advance, when we enquired regarding available accommodation for Christmas? Not even Hotel guests could be accommodated for Christmas lunch (wonder if it still took place, given the "closure"?) Paying 5-star rates for only a bed, even in lovely surroundings with sculptures and stylish interior, is just not worth it. This was a case of "over-promise, and under-deliver". Worst hospitatlity experience ever! (and we are keen, regular travellers)

Since mid-October I struggle to get any feedback from MTN on the reason for my high account.

For the first time ever there is a new item listed on my account – “Packet Switched Data Calls” – what does this mean? My average usage is R402 and all of a sudden this month my invoice is R3 765.04. According to the local MTN store it is for windows updates, but updates is something I do since computers came onto the market and it never affected my account. I am quite fed-up with big national companies, who do as they please, and with their attitute of "if you dont like it... " MTN, when I can expect a response on all my emails sent?
