We held our Year end function at Relish Bistro in Hatfield Simphiwe handled the booking and all the orders from us. He really is an amazing employee. We enjoyed our evening, and when it rained, all the staff jumped in to get us covered under the umbrellas. Thank you for a great evening.
I will never in my life buy car from them ever again... After A LOT of paperwork and excitement, we got our car on Friday 1 October 2021 from WeBuyCars Midstream. 2 days later, the car made a weird noise. We had to take the car in to a workshop, it's now 16 November and we still don't have a car. When we enquired how long it will take because it's ridiculous, Le-Shan and her colleagues laughed at my complaint over the phone. You have stolen the joy of getting a car, we drove it twice, and it's been almost 2 months. We didn't buy the car Voetstoots at an auction, this is a DEALERSHIP, a Pathetic Dealership. We don't even want the car anymore, after the whole claim from warranty and delay in the process, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will never in my life support or encourage my friends to support or buy a Car from them, NEVER EVER.
<p>On 31 Oct '16 I upgraded and got an iPhone, since my previous iPhone got stolen and i didn't have insurance, I made sure to take out insurance this time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I filled in all the paperwork at MTN (kolonnade), after 2 weeks I followed up with 24Hour Mobility Insurance to check if my phone is indeed insured, they told me that they did not receive any paperwork.</p> <p>I went back to MTN and asked them why is this and why isn't my phone insured, they told me it is because the phone will only be insured once my first payment goes off... so patiently I waited for 1 December's debit order, on the 5th of Dec I phoned again and they told me I am still not insured as no paperwork was received.... now approaching Silly Season, Crime rates go up and I don't have insurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted MTN (Kolonnade), spoke to James, he assured me that he will get back to me as he doesn't know what happened, this went on for 4 days, no answer from James, after I have to phone him every day... today is day 5, with the same excuse "he can't get through to the insurance company" - so I took matters into my own hands.</p> <p> </p> <p>luckily a very competent person, Shanice Swartz , answered my call at 24 Hour Mobility Insurance, I sent her the paperwork I filled in, and she phoned me back, sorting everything out, it took 10 minutes of her time (not 4 days James...) to insure my phone </p> <p> </p> <p>Shanice Swartz is a very friendly helpful Employee, you guys can be proud of her!</p> <p> </p> <p>As for James from MTN, he is probably still trying to sort it out, goodluck James....</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Alzanne </p>
