<p>This company has offered me a Tracker. Which i took. When i have a problem with the company the consultant Bavi refuses to put me through to her senior and says Trackers issues is Trackers problem. Then lies to me and says thier is no manager as they are all in meetings.</p>
<p>I had a bad month in May and the company refused to suspend the account for one month. What they did 10 days later is double debit me when i did not have any moneys to pay the momthly premium. Today i recieve a threating sms, after i double payed end of June and end of August. I then phone and say how can you susupend but when i beg for help you refuse. Also when do i get my refund for over payment and the debit order that was not authorised. I was told i am in the wrong so lump it. The consultant was Miss N Kheswa</p>
<p>I have had unpleasant and disappointing experience with Hirsch’s Boksburg after sales. I drove on Friday early, before 9, to Hirsch’s Boksburg to take my TV in to get a quote on repairs. I was told by Judy that my TV is too big to take in by the branch. She said that I have to take the TV home which they (I think a technician) would then come and collect and that it would cost R450.00. She said she would contact me later to inform me when. By Saturday 12:45 no one has phoned me. So I decided to phone and only on the forth try did someone answer. That person was Judy she still have not logged the call for a collection. I was furious and told her off. Her supervisor or the 2IC phoned in which I explained the whole thing again. I heard him say that on this TV is an extended warranty and he too said he would get back to me.</p> <p>It is Monday I tried to phone twice and no one answered. On the third try did someone only answer. I spoke to the manager and still he doesn’t know of it, he also said he will phone back and still no call was logged. I went to collect my wife that is when the manager only phoned back after 5 o’clock. He told me that I have to pay the money first before they will come and collect. Then only I got an sms that a call has been logged.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to phone after Hirsch’s to ask them what is happening and not Hirsch’s. I had beg to find out what is going on. Do you think any customer would like to be treated this way? Well I don’t and it is pathetic.</p> <p>There is no service and your staff does not have the decency to call customers back or tell them to pay the collection money first before a collection would be done.</p>
