I am so frustrated and have lost all believe in Telecommunication in SA as a whole. I spent 12 years of my life in the industry and work on all networks from vodacom to Cell C, and from a RF technician,Maintenance engineer to operations manager. I have been retrenched, Started my own business and went bankrupt because it took me 1 year and a lot of threats to get my money a year later (too late). That being said I understand the industry and the inner workings operations and technical. I have a Cell C number personally and stay in a well know residential suburb in Pretoria East. I have never had one day of more than 70% signal and never LTE, most of the time I have to go to my second floor balcony at a specific spot just to make a call. This would have been fine if it was a first but this has been a trend for 6 years and my previous two addresses which include Warner Beach,Durban and Moreletapark Pretoria. What seems to be the problem cause it cant be maintenance cause it never worked right from the start and if you log a call you just get a Reference number which is useless and stretches out the process. I don't want anything from you guys! I want to know what are you guys going to do when South African Citizens say enough is enough and we are not fools and neither are we stupid. We pay for our data and airtime (which is way too expensive and as far as I understand already in court and being battled) but we can't even use it cause the service is terrible, then it expires because you only own it for a certain time!!! What sorcery is this!!! you sell me something which I can't use because of your poor management and service, and then you take it away!!! I call BS this in plain man terms is stealing and being done too the poor and struggling people of SA who already is suffering from a corrupt government! You are cowards and don't give two ticks about anyone in this country!! So I think it's time you go look for business in a country that likes to be robbed everyday!!! It is only a matter of time before SA citizens stand together and put you in front of a judge ( ask Jacob Zuma he learned the hard way)

Bought a Lenovo laptop from pc pallace in 2015 the 9th month, the hard drive crashed in January 2016 they sent it in to Lenovo and it got replace. In October 2016 the exact same problem occered clearly showing that there is something wrong with the product, however Lenovo now does not want to replace it because it is out of its year warranty which is absurd cause it has been a on going problem, and off co**** the cool guys at Pc pallace have pulled up their shoulders and will not assist a client that spent his hard worked for money at their store on a product they endorse. And why should they that is the way client service is going in South Africa we take your money and kick you out the door no after sales service!!!!
