I have placed an order with this company and they never deliverwd my goods i order. There telephone numbers never work and if you e mail them they will always reply with the same reply, THAT THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU. But they never do. Please do not order from this company because you will never receive the goods you ordered.

Wees maar baie versigtig as jy met Pc Palace Irene tak wil besigheid doen. Hulle stel belang in die kliënt se geld maar is nie ingesteld op diens nie. Dit was my ondervinding toe ek foutiewe komponente wou terugbesorg. Die verkoopspersoon was baie slim en het allerhande verskonings en stories gehad om nie my geld terug te betaal nie. Die bestuurderes wou ook nie haar mondelingse beloftes aan my gestand doen nie. Sy is glad nie te vertrou nie en mens kan glad nie haar woord aanvaar nie. Ek het finansiële verliese gelei deur met Pc Palace besigheid te doen en kan hul hoegenaamd nie aanbeveel nie. Soek maar liewers n ander besigheid vir jou elektroniese behoeftes. - Repeatedly no stock of simple items like cables, external drive bays, external USB dvd-rw - Excessive amount of time to receive an invoice for something you can actually buy from them - General disappointment, all the time.

<p>Bought a Lenovo laptop from pc pallace in 2015 the 9th month, the hard drive crashed in January 2016 they sent it in to Lenovo and it got replace. In October 2016 the exact same problem occered clearly showing that there is something wrong with the product, however Lenovo now does not want to replace it because it is out of its year warranty which is absurd cause it has been a on going problem, and off co**** the cool guys at Pc pallace have pulled up their shoulders and will not assist a client that spent his hard worked for money at their store on a product they endorse. And why should they that is the way client service is going in South Africa we take your money and kick you out the door no after sales service!!!!</p>
