System made a mistake showed R0 balance 1Nov2025 (Ref.ax Invoice Invoice# INV-1388724), if a invoice shows R0 balance then everything is in order, just got a email saying I ow them R979 and my line was suspended immediately. There was no prior communications or notifications that something is wrong
ATM took my deposit, called in and was told 2-3 workings days and I need the money now ATM at Corner Barnard Str and Delmas Rd ID:J327
I have submitted 2x Optometry refund claims in the beginning of February for my 2 boy and 1x specialist claim end of February also for the 1, Oneplan went and took the specialist claim and submitted it as an Optometry claim and declined the specialist claim as it was wrongly submitted as an Optometry on their side and submitted it for the main member and say now that I as the main member have no benefits left but it was submitted for my children. I have never seen such and incompatibility from them
It's been almost 3 weeks since I went in to the R21 branch just to get a damage report and a quote to replace my laptop, no reply since only saying they will get back to me
After struggling with the site the whole week to save our information on the form and trying yesterday to confirm the application the site just kept on saying "something went wrong", I contacted headquarters and they informed us to mail the document to finace@webuycars.co.za we gathered everything like you would a official application like we where instructed and when we wanted to send everything this morning the car was not on the site anymore. I have notified the people of Silverlakes Earlier this week and they could not give me the way forward. I feel that we have been done in and now it seems like the car we wanted is gone
I send the relevant information (quote,image of service book, previous invoice of work done on the clutch cable and invoice was 2022 service) on 17/11/2022 @ 17:18 and on 18/11/2022 @ 09:24 & 16:30 to warrantyclaims@dotsure.co.za & dotsureclaims@dotsure.co.za but still the claim was cancel because Dotsure stated that they did not have the correct information
Loaded a cancellation for the wrong line but still say the cancelled line is still active and can't seem to find the problem!!!!!! it shows active on my profile Useless bunch of people no wonder SA is going to ****
My line has been down since Monday morning 2022-10-31 06:00, there was no storm or loadshedding. I reported the problem 2022-11-01 08:39 to WebAfrica, they said the fault was on Metro side since ticket 223743, Since the reporting on 2022-11-01 08:39 to Metro nothing has changed and the line is still dead with the response from Metro being "Expediting" and no ETA on when the line will be back on. This is unacceptable and expected more from Metro
Hi Ok so I though maybe that it was the low voltage protector or the surge protector and tried it just now to check if the protectors might have done a reset. When I contacted the 50ah battery the damn thing popped in my hand and nearly electrocuted me. I did check the fuses on the side but they did not work as they where designed to do Please tell me the path forward as you sold me a thing that's a danger to my health I paid the delivery cost for the package and now you want me to courier it back to you also to my cost. I think this is unacceptable Regards
Still waiting for technician to call me about the problem, my Father bought the same Smart Inverter 2weeks after I did and last night his started doing the same as mine. USB and cigarette socket works but the 3 point plugs stopped working. It was not cheap and now you can't get hold of anyone to talk to about the warranty
