NEVER use Paxi as your Courier. I waited 38 days for a parcel to travel 200 km to get to me. Paxi didn't even have the decency to apologise for the delay and never contacted me. Use PUDO it's a far better courier and faster and cheaper. Gert van Zyl 074 535 8350
What is the use of the call centre of Cell C. This morning ( 16/2/21) I called the contract department. I asked to speak to the supervisor about my problem of 3 weeks now and was told the supervisor will call me back within 30 minutes. Needless to say that did not happen and I am sure it would not happen. I am still waiting for feedback on a complaint Ref No 1012600084 from 3 weeks ago. Wees maar baie versigtig as jy met Pc Palace Irene tak wil besigheid doen. Hulle stel belang in die kliënt se geld maar is nie ingesteld op diens nie. Dit was my ondervinding toe ek foutiewe komponente wou terugbesorg. Die verkoopspersoon was baie slim en het allerhande verskonings en stories gehad om nie my geld terug te betaal nie. Die bestuurderes wou ook nie haar mondelingse beloftes aan my gestand doen nie. Sy is glad nie te vertrou nie en mens kan glad nie haar woord aanvaar nie. Ek het finansiële verliese gelei deur met Pc Palace besigheid te doen en kan hul hoegenaamd nie aanbeveel nie. Soek maar liewers n ander besigheid vir jou elektroniese behoeftes. Dont bother to call Cell C customer care. They dont call back, the operators cannot help you and are not very keen to help. They dont care about their customers whatsoever It is a useless company Gert van Zyl 0827155558 074 535 8350
With regard to my previous complaint about Stanlib I am now pleased to confirm that my problems are resolved. Thanks to the consultants who contacted me to resolve the problems. I am now satisfied. Gert van Zyl
Het al meer as een keer klsgtes gelê en alhoewel SB dit erken het het hulle niks daaromtrent gedoen nie. SB is baie besorg en meld dat aandag gegee word aan my klagtes msar daarna vergeet hulle daarvan. SB gee niks om vir hul kliënte nie. This morning I complained about the poor service I got from Stanlb. Standard Bank replied that they are very sorry BUT previously they said the same. Other than that they never contacted me to try and solve the problem. When will SB begin to care for their customers?I I know that I will not hear from them again with regard to this problem. Since the 8 th of August I tried to register on Stanlib's website but I could not succeed. I send all the relevant forms and info they need and also spoke to them on the telephone but nothing so far. Three times they promised that I would be registered within 48 hours but it is 4 weeks now. Surely Stanlib doesnt care about their customers and I will rate them 00/10 A very disappointed customer Gert van Zyl
On 14 August I complained that I can not setup my profile with Stanlib. On 15 August Stanlib replied that they are very sorry about it and will look into the matter. In spite thereof they DID NOTHING about it. I am still not able to setup my profile to lock into their website. It is now clesr to me that Stanlib forget about the complaint as soon as they have read it. No customer care whatsoever and it is all talk. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with Stanlib Gert
