Good day. I am currently facing an ongoing issue with Avis regarding my vehicle rentals. This is my second time renting from your company, with the first instance taking place at the end of October last year. On that occasion, when I collected the vehicle, I noticed scratches on the right rear side. I immediately raised this with the staff member who handed over the vehicle, and they assured me that the damage was already noted and documented digitally. When returning the vehicle, I once again pointed out the marks, and the Avis representative confirmed the scratches. However, this matter remains unresolved, as I am disputing the claims made against me. The documentation I received indicates that I signed acceptance of the damage, but I did not sign anything acknowledging this. Despite repeated requests for the footage of the vehicle collection and other related questions, the claims against me do not seem to align with the facts. The second incident occurred at the end of January in the Cape Town area. Due to the previous issue, my Director instructed us to complete our own inspection forms and take photos of the vehicle condition. This time, I have documented evidence showing that the scratches were noted and recorded in the system. Upon returning the vehicle, it appears that the responsibility for the marks is being shifted to me, even though the necessary documentation was completed. I would like to know how I can address these two cases where I am being falsely accused. As a frequent traveler for work, this situation is becoming difficult to manage, and I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve these issues moving forward. Good day, My name is David i have a Contrack with cell where i asked for insurance on the phone. it is been a month now and still no one got back to me with my problems i am having just to get my screen replaced. i Can not wait 21 working days to get my screen fixed, so for all this waiting for the screen it looks like the phoned screen is totaling no longer functioning anymore, for this i could not logged in to my banking app to do my transfers for payments. We send emails and attachment letters to Hollard and Cell c and Still nothing is resulted.
Good Day i know we are now at the end of 2022 but still no follow up from Cell c them self and when my mother tried to call from her side, the customer care man was so rude to her i could hear how upset she was. So in result of my phone that is still not repaired i could not get in to my banking account to transfer my payments, so second of all it just gave my self n bad name because of this late payments i did. Last of all i tried from my side to log in to my account and the screen just stopped working at all. So i feel as from the beginning of the year even went in to the offices of Cell c with my mother still nothing was resolved at all, even with the latest updated letters from both me and my mother that is on pension nothing is resolved. So i was having this same nr and is Client for more than 18years with same nr and for the past 4years trying to get the Contrack on my name because i am paying every month and my mother is on pension. A another problem is that when i phoned and put in the claim for the screen again no assistance even if i pay the phone and i use the phone they can not help and all the sudden i get a massage saying i missed a payment, Same in the beginning of this year where i send all the proof of payments and still Cell c debited more than R1000 of my account even with all my proof i hade send that time, until now no one ever came back to me, i Really needed to sort out my phone before next year but it is not happing so i am asking why and what is going on. Do you really don't care for your clients that is with you since almost from you started of what? you have my email you have my nr and sorry you wont get hold of me on the cell c nr because the screen does not work at all now. so here my whole complain from the begging of this year and still nothing is resolved or been dine. So what must i do?
Good day i am coming back to this same problem i am having, i still am having we did as you said here in may. we renewed the Contrack with cell and also took out an insurance. As we where standing in the store again the Contrack is back on my mothers name and also the insurance. now it is all from the beginning the same again. It feels like now nothing is still not done as i am paying the Contrack as well the insurance i am paying every month and still not on my name. so now my screen is broken i need to get it fixed a.s.a.p as i am paying cell c and my insurance from my capitec acc and i need to transfer the money from one acc to the next where the deduction goes off. Again my mother is 70 of age and again she send up an email with all information.. i need answers please Still nothing is resolved till now from Mei 2022?
Good day. I have been having a huge issue with Cell c the past few months. Now thay have reduced my account al most duble. I have a problem for the past few years for getting the contrack on my name as i am paying every month the account and my mother that helped me to safe my contract is on pension. I need help to resolve this this problem a.s.a.p as when i call there is always a problem and the operators can not help or throw the phobe down while i always explain everything over and over ander again
i have a problem with clientele . Thay fone me more than 2times a day and i was nice and aski g them pmease re.ove my nr. Everytime thay say they will but still reciving fone calles from a ro ort and from them self. Can any one help me what i must do now.
