The people aspect was fine; got prompt service; didnt buy though as the condition report caused me lose faith in what's on the web site; the condition report reported the car as having a platinum rating but the car had at least one roadworthy issue
BOA Jewellery Sea Point/Woodstock Shocking; my daughter bought jewellery but returned it to the Woodstock branch for reasons of very poor quality. She wanted a refund; a month later still no refund or any communication; this is incompetence if not theft. And of course I expect a flood of five star ratings after mine to drown out the truth about this business. Shocking BOA.
Hi I would like to understand why the sauna and steam rooms are not available. I attend the Virgin active in Constantia Cape Town and have asked about this several times to be told that a directive must come from Virgin Active SA and then that Virgin Active SA is waiting on presumably local government for permission to make the services available. My question to Virgin Active SA is: What laws/rules (again presumably lockdown related) exactly are preventing a return of service?
Hi I registered two residential property claims. An assessor came out at the start of the week for one claim but I haven't heard anything since for that claim. Online both claims haven't updated (the web site is primitive and makes for a really poor user experience).
I've called through to Standard Bank on 0860 123 000 on several occassions. The waiting time to speak to a consultant is absolutely atrocious. Every time I've called the call system informed me that high call volume were being experienced. Is this a ploy? Is the call center deliberately understaffed? The staff also seem to not have the information on hand. I wanted my card number for online banking and the consultant referred me to Internet Banking (yet another long wait) instead of informing me that I would have to go in to a branch with my ID to get a new card. Very poor experience.
