I need to find out about the delivery of my orders (Order #89182255 and Order #89087015). It is the second time I get a notification for delivery but there is no delivery. The previous order (Order #88905860) got lost and my husband is still waiting for his birthday gift. The phones are useless as I stay online for 30min plus at a time with no luck. I have had no call or anything letting me know the order was lost previously until 3 days past the delivery date. It has been the worst experience for me as it messed up my husband's birthday.
I have made the payment, no email, no waybill, seems on the Facebook page all clients have the same problem and it is not resolved. I need my refund and I think they should stop scamming people out of their money
<p>I have been debited an increased amount on my membership although I have not been with the gym for a year. after putting in a query on the 3rd of December they phoned me back today and said they can not tell me why this happens and should I cancel the debit order they will charge a penalty of R1500. I have kept paying although I am no longer a member there because I have signed a contract but they are not allowed to increase the price before a year and without notice. I am no longer in the area but they also have no exit clause for people who live in another area. They are not even willing to let you find someone else.</p>
