This airline is the WORST OF THE WORST!!!! I booked a repatriation flight with this rogue airline for the 8th May 2020 from Luanda to Johannesburg. The flight then got postponed to the 11th of May 2020. A group of us arrive at the airport only to find out the flight has been postponed yet again, CemAir only breaks the news to us after we get hold of them. Now we have been informed that we will fly on the 13th May 2020. The problem we now face is that we are limited to 10kgs of luggage per person for an international flight which is totally ridiculous! These thieves( Cemair) charged me R18 317 for a 1 way flight and only give me 10kgs luggage???? How do they expect us to leave our luggage behind, without knowing when we will get it back? We will have to sit in quarantine, we need all our luggage. I will never use this airline again and I urge everyone to stay away from these money sucking thieves. They first take your money then they tell you the restrictions. I hope people boycott these rogues and they go bankrupt and close down. CemAir you are disgusting!!!!
This company's service is pathetic!!! The call centre keeps you waiting for hours and when you eventually get connected they are too useless to help you. I have been waiting almost 1 month for my fibre. A bunch of useless incompetent uns****ed and unprofessional clowns.
This company is pathetic!!! I am waiting over a week for them to come and install my fibre. I was told that they would come on a specific day, I took a day off from work to be there waiting for them. They don't call or message to reschedule, it is impossible to get hold of them, they dont have a direct contact number to get hold of them. After waiting so long, I have decided to cancel my fibre contract with Afrihost as a result of Openserves total useless and unprofessional service. If possible, I advise everyone to avoid openserve at all if possible.
Recently I have completed exams at SAIW(south African institute of welding) in Johannesburg. I have been calling and emailing the responsible people regarding examination results. Eventually I was informed that I had passed the exam. I requested my results notice form from the lady responsible,and she has been totally and utterly useless. Almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for her to print out 1 piece of paper. Totally ridiculous!! I had a great experience at the institute,the lecturers and the examiners are all excellent! The facilities were good. It is such a pity the staff ladies handling the results and certification are so unhelpful and have a don't care attitude. I will never go back to this institution simply because of the incompetent staff ladies.
<p>Over a month ago I used Time Freight to send a gearbox from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria. A month had gone and my gearbox was still not delivered. I have called and emailed these incompetent people who call themselves professionals countless times. Nobody could tell me what the hold up was or what is being to sort it out. Eventually after more nagging from my side, the branch manager(Frans), who is totally USELESS informed me that my gearbox is missing. I was then instructed to fill in a claim form and submit it and I will be payed out for the loss. At the time, I was communicating with a lady by the name of Lauren Lourens. I completed the claim forms and sent it to her along with the invoice of another gearbox which I had purchased, ever since she has not responded to me acknowledging she has received my mail. I have left a few messages for her to get back to me and still no feedback! </p> <p>The service is terrible and the people dont care!</p> <p>I am tired of begging them to do their jobs!</p>
