Desire and her team were amazing! Moving is often very stressful and causes a lot of anxiety but working with Girls on the move made it so easy. It was quick and painless and within about an hour and a half they had packed me up and then unpacked me on the other side! The girls were friendly and had a plan! Thank you ladies!
So last week I placed an order online with Woolworths. I paid the extra cost for 3 day delivery. I am still waiting for my order. I have phone Woolworths online every day and have spoken to different agents who tell me they have emailed Dawn Wing to find out what has happened. They have also promised to phone me back with feedback but nothing has happened. This is ridiculous and just like Dawn Wing you are stealing peoples money!
So I ordered shoes online from Woolworths on Monday last week and paid the extra courier charge for the delivery to be done in 3 days. On Thursday my order status said processed and out for delivery. I have not received my order as yet. So they have basically stolen my money. I have phoned Woolworths every day since only to be told that it has been delayed. I always get told someone will come back to be with details about what is going on but hear nothing. This is daylight robbery and shocking service from both Woolworths and Dawn Wing. I am still waiting for someone to let me know what is going on! The next hello peter will be for Woolworths.
So I ordered from Forever New on the 24th of April. I received a text on the 9th of May saying that they had collected the package and was at the hub. After numerous calls to Forever New on their so called customer service number as well as many many emails I got a response saying the parcel was with DSV and they were doing all they could to get the back log sorted out. So I then decided to get hold of DSV themselves. All they could say was sorry and that they were not sure when delivery could and would take place. I then have followed up with Forever New as to what is going on. They then said they had escalated the issue. They then copied and pasted the same response for a week. This is theft! If you cannot give me an indication of when the delivery would take place or that you have infact got the parcel then you have basically stolen my money and I am due for a refund. I ordered Winter clothes which cost a lot. Also Takealot and Superbalist have delivered things in two days. They have also collected items that are being returned and there have been no issues. This is really disappointing! I understand COVID is causing issues but seriously this is now almost a month that I have ordered things. Shocking and distasteful to say the least. Again this is theft!
My order apparently was dispatched from Forever New on the 9th of May and nothing has happened since. I have been in contact with Forever New and they cannot give me any constructive feedback on my package, all they say is sorry for the inconvenience caused. I then contact DSV and they keep telling me that they are not sure when it will be delivered as all the hubs are busy. If Takealot and Superbalist can deliver in 2 days and at fraction of the cost compared to Forever New clothes then what is the issue????? I am aware of COVID-19 and lock down and all those things but again if other courier services can do this right then COVID-19 should not be an excuse. So I feel like this is theft as no one knows what is going on and they also cannot give me any indication of when I will get the delivery. So disappointing as these clothes cost a lot and winter is on the door step! Again very disappointing. Please can this be sorted out.
So it seems MTN have gone and debited my account twice. And following all the complaints and comments there are a number of people you have done this to. Disgusting to steal peoples money and at such a devastating time as COVID-19. This is ridiculous and unlawful! MTN is stealing people's money and it is affecting so many people now. What a disgrace you at MTN are. I suggest you sort this out as a matter of urgency. I have put this on Facebook, Twitter and I have sent an email and I have also phoned that stupid 135 number that only has voice prompts and automated services. How does that help when you actually need to speak to someone! MTN you are letting us down and as for this damn slogan of you #wegotyou is so false! Wake up MTN and get with the progamme!
So I placed an order on line with Forever New, I put my delivery address in but it reflected incorrectly on the order so I emailed the info email address as soon as I noticed it so that at least they could fix it before any delivery could be made. I received no feedback at all. I then phoned their call centre number a number of times but no one answered and it just got disconnected. I then emailed their info email address again and still have not heard anything and now I am actually not sure if this is all legitimate. I then decided to phone Dawnwing as they are the delivery partner for Forever New. The lady who assisted me advised that they may collect the order today and I should phone tomorrow to find out if the package has been received and then I can update address. I have also paid the extra amount for the express delivery which is then 3 days. Still up until this point I have nothing from Forever New. I find this absolutely horrendous and I knew I should not order from them as so many people have told me the service is rubbish!
<p>Dear MTN,</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the last 15 years I have had a rather awesome working relationship with you as a company, however, the last two weeks have been the most disappointing and aggravating I have ever experienced. </p> <p>A woman from Summer mobile (I think that is the name) phoned me on the 18th of November saying I was due for an upgrade! She advised that I would get the same for less! This is great news considering the financial turmoil we find ourselves in these days. She assured me that for R199.00 I would get 200 text messages, 200 free airtime and 2G data! Little did I know this was all rather a lie and complete deceit and I would gladly have you listen to the recording of the 18th of November at about 16h30.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has taken 2 weeks for someone to understand my issue and give me the correct information considering this dodgy and shady Summer mobile partner of yours. After numerous fights, discussions and plenty of money used on data I realise that I now have to go to MTN and re-subscribe and get a contract that suits me. It now takes this ridiculous Summer mobile 3 days to cancel!</p> <p>The only thing the call centre agents could say to me was we understand and we sorry for the inconvenience? Really? The person who sold this to me should be fired and my contract should be reinstated to what it was and I should also be refunded for all the money wasted on this ridiculous mess up!</p> <p>And whilst I was on the phone to this woman I thought that I should decline knowing that admin and service is already a disaster but no I took a chance and there you have it a big fat disgusting lie!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is such a pity this happened and I shall be looking elsewhere hopefully they can perhaps redeem the cellular companies in South Africa!</p> <p> </p> <p>From a very disappointed and angry client!</p>
