Value for money well explained
A big shout out to Marcia who was super friendly and really helpful in explaining the benefits that come with the insurance product. She wasn't pushy like most sales Consultants. She knows her story!

Surprisingly great customer service
I don't usually trust online purchases but I took a chance with this one and it paid off. Such fast delivery and great customer service. Ordered a phone with the seller one evening via Bob Shop and was called the next morning with an update on delivery. Once delivered I was called again to ensure that the device worked. Great customer service :)

A relaxing experience
A 10/10 experience. Was welcomed at reception with a glass of bubbles. The change rooms are small but they are clean and quaint. The view is exceptional and the service is top tier. The meal that comes with certain treatments is a voucher that you can use at the restaurant how you please. That was a nice touch. Will definitely be returning.

Surprisingly pleasant and fast experience
Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24+ via BobShop and the seller was called Amrotech. Had a seamless experience. Ordered it Thursday evening and Friday I was called by Trevor to keep me updated on the delivery of my package. It arrived sealed and brand new as advertised. Even received a courtesy call to check whether the device was working. Would definitely recommend :) Always look at the verified seller ratings first

insurance for the win
<p>I'd like to give a thumbs up to the insurance brokers used by Voodacom. During my claims process they were more than willing to help, and even recently I had a simple request and was assisted very professionally by a lady called Lydia. Even though the network itself is quite expensive and coverage isn't the best, this is one area which is top notch.</p>
