I bought a bed (Restonic) at ok furniture around May, later I found out that the bed is not on good condition, because of the sounds I got wen I climbed on. I reported the matter at the store and they have requested the video, which didn't sit well with me, nonetheless i sent the video, I received a call from head office asking about the condition of the bed, and promised to exchange, but that hasn't happened we now on November, no feedback nothing, every time when I ask at the store they promise to get back to me but nothing. this is not the first incident with Ok furniture and i am starting to believe that all branches are the same. kindly assist.
I am very disappointed customer , i bought a box of fish-fingers (24) at shoprite mokopane and it was on special, i got home and the fish fingers were rotten, and couldn't go back because i am based in mookgopong, my money straight to the rubbish bin. My son was very unhappy because they are his favourite when he goes to school. I am writing this because I am expecting you to do something about this, since I am sure that I am not the only one.if something is off, don't sell to people, it is really unfair. I'm so disappointed with dstv multichoice, they have called me, informing me of price-lock explore deal, I was sold and took their offer. later on I received an sms informing me of installing the device on the 31st Oct 2022, i took a day off from work, but they didn't come, didn't say anything at all. what bothers me now is the fact that I am still receiving calls about this deal...I am so angry and disappointed honestly and is not like dstv is the best and stuff, they can cancel my request because I wont take leave again for such reason
Good day I have been with Netstar for more than 4 years now, and recently i contacted them to inform them that my panic button is broken, and they have advised that my contract has expired already and if i want to renew I can do that and they will send someone to check my tracker and give me the new panic button. i have agreed for them to renew, but no one came to check the car or issue new panic button but have started with the debit orders. i am not happy with the service and tried to contact them with no luck, can they please fix this because i am not happy- 0604077197
Hi i am so angry and sad at this moment, I bought couches on the 07 August 2021 , CASH. at Modimolle Ok Furniture. I was promised that i will get them soon and till today nothing. when i ask for the refund cos I cant wait that longer, they say i must wait for the store to have money, so meaning I must wait for customers to come pay? Which is not fair, I bought those couches since I have moved to Mookgopong and no furniture , and now i have to struggle for what I have paid for. this is bad service ever, because they lied to me saying the do have couched while knowing very well that's not true
I am not happy with Rochester Carnival Mall, I did my lay-by January 2020 and I over paid them, now I am struggling with my R2900 refund, they dont call to give update. I always call them to find out what's happening and I am always getting excuses, at first they said they are waiting for my order to clear on my account, I waited and after 2 weeks i called them and they said my order is not clearing. Today when I called they said my bank account is not clear,what if I didn't call them? I truly don't know if I need to cancel my contract and find another car tracker, I told you that you need to debit on the 25 of every month, but no you don't you debit on the 15th and it bounce back since I don't have money on that dates, so guys kindly advise if I need to change or what coz I wont take it having bank charges for nothing.............Khanyi ********** 197
