Good day I just want to say how grateful i am with the service i received from Pearl at your Branch at The Grove. She listens to my story and went out of her way to assist me with verifications off forms for my spouse in Muelmed Hospital. She arranged for Given to come to Muelmed to assist with the forms She went above and beyond to assist us. Regards L Smuts
I have ordered ointment from King Online. I waited for more than a week to receive my order only after I phoned them just to find out that the product I ordered was out of stock. Could not even inform me. When I received my goods, the jar was cracked, and half of the ointment spilled in the bag. I did send the photos to the courier company, but according to them, the ointment was put in a flyer bag, and they do not take responsibility for it. I have sent a few emails to King Online but have not received any feedback. I will not recommend them. Poor service and take no responsibility.

WE BUY 3 BAGS OF REGAL TURKISH DELIGHT EVERY MONTH AT CHECKERS SILVERLAKE FOR MORE THAN R70 A BAG. THIS MONTH ALL 3 BAGS HAD HALF CHOCOLATES IN AND ALSO ABOUT 4 SEALED EMPTY PACKETS WERE INCLUDED. I HAVE KEPT THE SEALED ONCE AS PROOF.THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, AND I AM SURE I am NOT THE ONLY ONE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IT.NOT ACCEPTABLE

<p>I Have send about 10 emails to Mr Price customer service requesting them to email me a statement of account,also i have called them twice but was cut of</p> <p>All i ever received was an outomatic reply from them saying someone will assist but no assistance what so ever and everytime i have send them the emails i submitted all my details for easy refrence but it really seems they are inable to assist with any query or just dont care to reply or send feedback</p>
<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday November 25th my wife was parked in front of the Shell garage Fourways Cullinan.A petrol tanker from Unitrans Witbank branch was busy to load of petrol and reversed into my wife’s car.Everything was captured by Shell garage on their security cameras and Unitrans agree to pay for the damaged to the car upon receiving two quotes.On the 29th the documents requested by Unitrans was collected by two ladies from Witbank and was send to Cape Town head office via carrier.Eugene and Christine from the Witbank office were very helpful and did everything in their power to assist us and are still following up with head office,but everything went downhill when the documents was received in Cape Town,seeing that they only do pay-outs on a Thursday the documents where to late for the 1st of December to be payed but Marcelle Mackrill and Deborah-Ann Fisher both promised that after everything was received and confirmed to be in order the pay-out will be on the 8th of December but needles to say no money.After leaving three messages yesterday no one even bother to phone back and when phoning them again this morning now all of a sudden they are still waiting for the money to be released.Seeing that all businesses close on the 15th we will only be able to repair the car come January if we have the money by then.It seems like all we get from Unitrans Cape Town head office are a bunch of stories and no service at all</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>L Nell-Smuts</p> <p> </p>
