I was rushed into viewing a property and pressured to pay a non-refundable application fee of R500 to “secure” it. The urgency and promises seemed convincing at first, but once the payment was made, all meaningful communication stopped. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no updates, no lease agreement, and no confirmation of approval or rejection. It became clear that the property was never actually available to rent. I later discovered that others had experienced the same—being encouraged to pay the application fee with no intention from the agent or company to let the property out. This appears to be a deliberate **** to collect fees from unsuspecting applicants. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid engaging with this listing or agency. Transparency and integrity are essential in property dealings, and this experience was the exact opposite.
Ndumiso and his assistant were extremely professional and great at what they do. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you so much for making life so much easier.

Chris had spoken with Ryan I do not know but think he was in Thatches place as Thatch was not there. A discussion was had and it was decided because I was behind 2 months I should do a debrief and then a static dcrp followed by a 3 sec jump later in that day which i was fine with. At 10:30 I was to jump and was ready by 10 fully geared up. I was in the bar area and the tandem master Bernard gave me a debrief. It was arch 1000, 2000,3000 reach thousand pull thousand check. I did this infront of him he was happy. Then I walked to the packing area and Ryan was standing there and said let me debrief you, he then said to Jacobus who was busy packing parachutes that he wants me on camera to see how i do. Jacobus said to Ryan we dont have any cameras available as one is in for repair and the other is broken. Ryan said its ok Bernard can watch me. Ryan debriefed me arch 1000 2000 reach thousand pull thousand 5000 check, I was then confused so went back to Bernard in the bar area and explained that Ryan had debriefed me differently. Bernard then went to Ryan and they discussed this and told me its ok either way. At the aircraft I asked Bernard to give me a sign when to jump as I always have to put my head into the aircraft to hear exit and then get back into the position that Thatch had tought me before I jump, Bernard said he would tap me on the leg and I agreed. I was hooked up and I checked my static line by pulling it hard and gave Bernard the thumbs up. Only I checked it. I was sitting on my knees at the front by the door with a student facing me he was by the pilot. At 1000ft Bernard told everyone to do their checks. I did mine helmet goggles chin strap nice and tight and tucked away, 3 ring system nice and loose and checked both sides, chest strap not too tight, grabbed both handles and said handle nice and and aligned across from each other then leg straps and dummy cord I forgot to check static line so turned around and battled to grab and tug it, it did not seem that Bernard noticed that I missed checking it until I was pulling it hard and said static line. At 4500ft Bernard said open door which I did with help from someone behind me as I was very far forward in the plane. I was holding the bar, the red light was on and I was looking at the pilot to see when he points to that screen but he didn't and slowed the plane down only slightly not like the other pilot the big guy that I usually am in the plane with that slows down alot and turns slightly to the right. Bernard said get ready so I climbed out and could feel the propwash and wind was very hard compared to my previous 10 jumps and the plane was straight not slowing down or turning to the right. I was waiting for him to tap me but he didn't so I looked into the plane slightly and the pilot was yelling at Bernard and swinging his arm with his thumb out to show something to the back. I was suddenly grabbed and pulled back into the aircraft they were still yelling something to eachother I could not hear because of the wind. I was sitting down still holding onto the bar and looking at Bernard. He then told me again get ready so again I exited the aircraft in the position Thatch tought me then felt 2 hard taps on the left leg side on my calf and jumped. Jacobus had asked me to please not land too far as they are short of parachutes, I was disorrientated as I had exited the plane very hard because of the speed so I messed up my landing pattern and done a turn last minute to land against the wind. Jacobus came to me and we took the rig off straight away so he could pack it quickly. Ryan said to me we need to chat about my landing and explained how dangerous it was ect. I knew Bernard was very busy so I asked him to please debrief me when he gets a chance Im not in a hurry. I went to the restaurant to get us some food and when I returned my book was filled in by Ryan and Bernard. Ryan asked me what the 3 priorities of landing are: Flat wing open area Flare and hold Preferably into wind I was not tought this in this order with Johan on my first course he tought me to pretend the windsock was a carrot you eat it from the small side same as you come in to land your parachute, and of course he did teach us to flare and hold and land in an open area but not in the order above. I was starting to eat my lunch and Ryan walked past I saw my passport was filled in and asked him when I would be able to be debriefed by Bernard he looked at me while walking in and said to me angrily (you just opened the door and jumped out by yourself) which is not true, I was angry so I packed up my lunch and left. This is my complaint and I would like a response as soon as possible. This email was sent Mon, 26 Dec 2022, 08:53 and to date, no answers or even an apology for what happened was made.

On the 23rd November I ordere a Shelf from Mr. Price Home, it was delivered 1 week later but was damaged. I immediately took photos and emailed them, to which I received a response that a replacement was processed and I would be contacted by the Courier Service to arrange deliveries. As the unit was now at my place of residence - new address details were given. On Friday 9th December - I received numerous missed calls (lets it ring 2 then puts down) from the Courier Service - when I call back they have no idea what is going on and insist that they would be delivering at 3pm that day. I was at home all afternoon from 12:00 and waited and waited, at 5pm I made contact with Mr. Price who informed me that the courier service had come past but no one was home, this is a blatant lie. Futher arrangments were made to have the item delivered on Saturday, 10th December between 12am and 2pm. NO ONE ARRIVED OR CALLED. It is now the 12 December and I have yet to have proper or adequate response as to when I can have my item delivered at a suitable time for me. This product cost me R1700 as well as a R300 courier fee - and this is what I have to deal with. I am beyond angry and just want a full refund now.
