I have been with vodacom for 28 years!!! My phone was disconected on Monday, I emailed, no response! I called today to be told by KELETSO SELEKE that my account was in arrears of R100, when I asked why no -one from Vodacom called me to let me know she HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I would actually give the company a '0' star. if thats how you treat your customers!!!! You can call endlessly to get more contracts but yet with this not!!! Disgusted!!!!!!
Terrible service. No communication. Took over 3 weeks to get solution only after having to have had loose patience and 'scream & shout'.
I have been trying since Wednesday to logon onto the online banking. I forgot the pin for online banking when I phoned 0860109085 (30/08) – the Absa number they couldn’t help me they said I had to phone WW financial Services, I phoned WW Financial Services 0214116111 they told me to go to the ABSA branch I went to the ABSA branch who told me only WW would be able to help, I should go to a branch 31/08 I went to Menlyn WW, who phoned the Call centre, who once again told me to phone 0214116111 (31/08) Once again I phoned this morning, after speaking to consultant, she said to hold on and then call was dropped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Three days of reapeating over and over my problem, answering endless verification questions and yet NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an accident 2 weeks ago, the consulant Lucky was appointed to me. He doesn't respond to emails, I have sent 3 emails with no response! The portal is also a scam.......sent messages on there last week and are still unread. Very dissapoinrted at service, I thought I was fgonna get better service when I signed up as the world was promised.
After struggling with Home- Connect since November, got told and emailed on the 22/02 that Router was on its way, an email was sent with a waybill number and connection codes. When I tried to track where router was, to my surprise the waybill number doesn't exist, did home connect send us that just to stop us complaining? the connection details are also non existence - so we were told when we again phoned to complain We called twice yesterday and once today always to be told " we will call you back" Are we going to be compensated for all the following up that we have been doing over last 2 months??????????????????
I have been struggling from November to get an istallation, first you couldn't because I had ordered from another company, then I cancelled with Vodacom, sent the cancellation email, then you had to check with Vumatel, I have personally checked with Vamatel, who told me to go back to you!!! 2 months later still nothing!!!! Terrible customer service, terrible feedback, I have logged various tickets no-one comes back to me. If this is the beginning I think I should reconsider Home connect
I cancelled my fibre order ( because of lack of feedback ) on the 15th December, was suppose to get an email with cancellation reference. I followed up today, apparently something went wrong on Vodacom side, wasn't processed properly and now a new cancelation needs to be put through and it will take up to ANOTHER 30 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered a phone on Black Friday, got an email to say would get phone in 5 days, I followed up today as haven't received phone yet...2 weeks later, only to be transferred 3 times, 1/2 waiting and to be told that the system had automatically cancelled the order!!!
Over a month to get my car fixed and still no feedback! My husband has been dealing with Re-new in Bedfordview, which hasn't come back to him. My radiator was punctured in the accident yet they refuse to get a new one claiming that it can be fixed. R40000 quote at Renew yet other panelbeaters are cheaper.
