Best online hardware! Super efficient delivery - most of the time next day. They inform you if item is out of stock from the delivering store and if so they pull it from another store. They even deliver on a Sunday if possible. Their prices are good too. I think delivery is free over R1000 - added bonus.
Sale and delivery was fine. However there is no after sales service and you can't return goods. Initial contact is made for returning items by then they just ignore all correspondence (over several weeks) when arrangements for returning items need to be made.
STAY AWAY!!! Horrible service. Over THREE weeks and no resolution. I have an issue and after many calls to the call center. I am still waiting for someone who can help me to contact me. They keep promising that someone will call but no one does. The call center is not empowered to do anything but say that someone will call you. BUT NOBODY EVER DOES!!! . They do not care about their clients. My issue is significant and if it is not resolved, I will not only close this worthless fee sapping bank account but I will also cancel my insurance and medical aid with Discovery. I am appalled by their treatment of clients - quick to take our money but slow to sort out issues!
<p>I requested a port from Telkom to Vox VOIP line on 19 October 2016. Gugu Ashefon the supposedly FTTH Area Specialist did nothing with my request after telling me it would take 6 weeks for Telkom to effect the the port. </p> <p> </p> <p>On 5 December 2016, more than 6 weeks later, I enquire and Gugu just says she did not receive my Telkom account, even though it was sent to her and a collegue Colleen ****son on 20 October 2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot handle lies, but worse of all, I cannot handle people not taking responsibility for their errors. I did not even get an apology from Gugu because now I have to wait until 16 January before Telkom will take port requests. She now just ignores my emails. </p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to get Vox customer services to get her manager to call me, but to no avail. I feel like Vox does not care about their customers </p> <p> </p> <p>Really pathetic customer, once they sign you up, they don't care about you...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
