Pathetic service
I bought a Huawei Nova from Hauwei online on 26th November 2021.On 29 January the Power button started to over heating and called Huawei and said that i should take it to Roodepoort for service. They booked it for service on the 1st of February. Mariska said that it is not the fist time for Huawei to be over heating on the power button they have the same problem with the P30.From the date they took the phone upto now there is no communication on the phone.if you make a follow up they will say we don't have the part to fix the phone and they will always give you the same answer.i requested for a new phone since they know the problem but they refused.The is a pathetic service every.The people there are very rude

Bad service
i did a lay-by on a Kate bed on 28 January and i had to go and pay the deposit on the 9th February, i asked them if it was possible for me to pick the bed on the 11th February they said that it was out of stock and they will call me within 7 days, i called them after 7 days but they could not help me at all.The guy who answered the call told me that he will call me but he did not, my husband called again but they could not even help. They did not even bother to call us to inform us what is going on. This is the bad service .

<p>I went to deposit money on the 25th of November on the ATM.There was a cash jam of R600.I went inside the bank.Paul told me that the bank will refund me the money that day or the following.The money did not reflect i had to go back to the bank Paul said that i should go and see Prudence.Prudence said that she will forward the deposit slip to the Head Office so that they will refund me,she promised me that she will call me but she did not do that.I had to go back to thr bank and she said that she will resolve the matter and call me back.She did not even bother to call me.I had to call her again.Right now she is telling me stories.This is bad service.I am greatly disappointed by the service.All they do is to lie to me.</p>
