No communication
After numerous emails of complaint, still no positive response from "Ooba Insurance". Stay clear from this insurance for your property. You will have to phone or send emails hoping te get any response. Except the debit order this will go off on your account. "Business as usual".

Reckless driving
C.M Transport really needs to get the driver fired of this vehicle (I am sure you can trace who drove it when), today 04/05/2023 around 7:30am the driver decides to pass another truck (dangerous goods tanker) with a very....slow pace when the lane started to combine to one lane the truck continues while there is on coming traffic. The tanker had to brake hard as the C.M transport vehicle almost pushed the tanker off the road. I really hope that management takes action, we all remember what happens if a tanker is damaged. Registration number is (KZ 43 NW GP)

Best service in a long time!!!!
Just had the best service from Cameron Eckardt working @ kingprice. A few months ago I was contacted in regards to Insurance quotes, I thought let me give it a try. Months later I decided to change Insurance due to financial crunch. To my amazement I saved R500 and my excess is lower than @ the previous Insurer. Then to top it off my premium lowers by itself every month. Something positive for a change in SA an expense going down. Thanks King price and last but not least Cameron Eckardt!!!

After sales service
Excellent products, great before sales service but lacking one of the most important, (The after sales service). If this is important to you then I don't recommend this Company if not good luck!

Being charged for -refueling after the vehicle was refueled.
<p>I drove A VW UP1.0ltr 3dr I did 74KM with it and refueled it with +- 10ltr.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a statment today stating that I am going to be charged R167 for the fuel and R18 fuel service fee.</p> <p> </p> <p>How in the world can I drive R167 out on 74KM and how could I have drove out +- 12ltrs of fuel with 74KM???? I already re-fueled +-10 ltrs.</p>
