Telkom is utterly useless. Whatever you do don't sign with them. They disconnected my business line by mistake and I can't get any response. They will not turn me back on and say I have to reapply for a completely new service. Their staff simply don't give a dam. Their call centre's can't and won't help, emails go unanswered, office/ shop staff are arrogant and unhelpful. I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's infuriating and pathetic beyond belief. On top of it all they are charging me cancelation fees for their mistaken cancelation. They deserve to fail.
I signed up for a Mweb fibre installation on two months ago and still nothing. BEWARE, MWEB is impossible to get hold of. Their help is a scam, they simply put you on hold. There are no email details and their Web help line is inadequate. I want to cancel but there are no options to do so. MWEB is bad new and bad service. Its infuriating.
SEPTIC TANK SERVICES of Hillcrest, Durban. Kzn. Are terrible. Don't use them. They make you pay up front then totally mess you around and add additional charges as they know we have paid up front and have no choice as your toilet are blocked. Sadly I have used tgem for 20 years but new management and owners are arrogant and hold clients to ransom.
I keep on getting threatening no-reply emails from obscure departments of FNB about compliance to FICA and other third party entities. The problem is not that I have not complied but that they have not asked for information. The issue is that they keep on threatening to close my account. Their attitude and tone is disgusting and as a Private client this kind of strong arm threatening tactics are not acceptable. I am compliant and always in good standing but it does not seem to matter. I have complained a number of times but it continues. So much for customer service and speaking to customers in a polite way.
<p>Standard Bank insurance terminated the insurance on our property without notifying us. Only when we went to lodge a claim did we find out that our R6.5m proeprty has not been insured for the last two months. Despite repeated attempts by me an dmy lawyers to rectufty the matter we were bandied around for weeks. After finally manging at great difficulty to lodge a complain we are told that they will need up to 20 days to repond to our request to reinstate the policy, despite telling them that our property remains unisured. </p> <p>Their staff are officious, unhelpful and impolite.</p> <p>They refuse to allow you to speak to anyone in authority.</p> <p> </p>
