I have made my payment for SAGE online on the 11th of December 2018. After a few days it was still not activated. On the 14th of December I gave them a call (had to hold on for more than a hour) The consultant gave me an address to where I should send my Proof of Payment. On the same day I have send the Proof of payment. On the 18th of December I have gave them a call without a response (because the account was still not activated). I have hanged up after more than an hour without any response. This is ridicules!!! TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! and still I can not use my accounting online because this was not activated with in reasonable time.
I am a very disappointed in your payment method and staff member that sold this product to me the day I was at the Atterbury Value Mart. We have discussed that I am going to pay an amout of R200 monthly on my R4800 purchase. After the transaction was done I told him that the whole amout was deducted. His response was that the amout will be corrected within 24h. (this was not the case) After I went to my bank to correct this they told me this is not possible. This is unacceptable. YOU BASICALLY STOLE MY MONEY. Now I am sitting in a position where I don't have any money. And this after I told the sales person that this not correct.
Good day This is basically the worst service provider. Their slogan 'How can we help you'... Ya right. 'Van die wal in die sloot' The transaction was supposed to be a R200 per month. (this was done on a machine) And then the whole amount was deducted. When I asked for them to help me. The response, you used your pin. Not our problem. This after I have sent them the slip. Stating the whole amout and the terms of the payment. I really thought that they would help me. But thats not the case.
<p>I have submitted my documents on the 27th of March 2017. Received a mail from Sam Ngcobo on the 6th of April stating that I used the wrong form. After receiving the mail with the correct forms I replied the same day. After a few mails and a complaint to their department I still did not receive any feedback. Only Sam that phoned me and said someone will phone me the next day well today is the 15th of May 2017 I am still waiting ... Why am I paying for gap cover if I have to pay the access anyway? I am not the happiest client at the moment. I am paying for all my bills and paying gap cover for what? This is really the worst service providers ever</p>
<p>Still did not received my loan debit order reversal. That went of on the 15th and should go off on the 25th. After a consultant phoned me and told me I will receive it the same day (case no ********** ). I also phoned FNB and still nothing.</p> <p>FNB Your service is really getting worse. So disappointed </p>
<p>How can you deduct my loan amount on the 15th if my debit order state it should be at the end of the month? I have received a payment from my medical aid and then my personal loan was deducted. I still did not even receive my salary. How do you expect me to go on holiday? </p>
