Good Day I must say I am disappointed at the services my Mother receives at Pep Thaba Nchu every time she wants use the Paxi services. The cashiers refuse to help her, stating that she needs to provide a store number for them to process the parcels. I sent a complaint to PEP website, and even today I am still waiting for their response. I am really disappointed, as thought this service was meant to make things easier for those of us who are living far away from home.
My experience with Ooba was okay I rated it 3 cause I waited for more than a week for my report I still had to ask for feedback that’s when I was told that they system is off line
It was lovely to talking to Mapaseka she was really understanding and explained some of the information I wasn’t aware of
I have placed an order 2 weeks back i have been calling for to follow up on my order all the consultants i have spoken they promise to get back to me i am still waiting for their call even now, i was even informed that my order is at bay west branch i called the branch with no help. Now i get an email stating that my order has been canceled. What kind of service is this, why promise to deliver in seven days then nothing happens? Now i am told they don't have stock what nonsense is this?
I am so disappointed at the service I get in this company they don’t care whatsoever. I am waiting for my payment since I can remember I called a couple times asking for Carol even today she hasn’t not returned my calls or emails, I requested for the Manager’s he also doesn’t pick like how come the whole company hires such incompetent employees, I am in indeed of the funds for my bond application but I don’t think they care about our needs. Such a disappointment
