<p>My account was suspended due to the fact that I had not paid my debit order. I finally paid via credit card on Saturday the 29th of August. On Monday the account was still suspended. I called and they said to give it 3 hours. Tuesday afternoon I called again and the call center agent told me she would escalate the matter as she can see on the email that it should have been unsuspended and I should give it 3 hours. Again on Wednesday afternoon I called and they said the supervisor would escalate the matter and that they could not call the reconnections department and could only email. It's been 5 hours and still nothing. The funny thing is that my account will be charged for all these days it was suspended after payment was done. Please fix my line. ********** 407 </p>
<p>My iPad is now in 2 parts, hanging by a black string inside . I have never seen the inside of an iPad until now thanks to WeFix Polokwane. I asked them to repair or replace my iPad after bad workmanship and they refused. They said they can write the iPad off and I claim from my insurance, trying to get me to commit fraud, to which I refused (I have this communication on whatsapp and I just need to find a way to use it). I told them to claim from their liability insurance and they said they don't have any. Now I'm wondering how many people got *****ed over by these incompetent people who should not be associated with the Apple brand. </p>
<p>I took my ipad to WeFix Polokwane for a cracked screen. When the ipad came back, the front camera and touch ID were not working and the battery was dead. The Ipad itself was also loose and it kept switching itself off and on. I took it back and they replaced the battery and fixed the front camera but it was still loose and the touch ID was not working, they say they could not fix it, even after taking it to the head office it was still not fixed. They then sent me a whatsapp message saying they will replace the ipad, a few days later they tell me they have decided against replacing it. Today, 2 weeks after I got the ipad back, the sound no longer works. I don't know what will break next. I feel that they took advantage of the fact that I am a disabled man and I cannot stand up for myself, figuratively and literally. Getting a lawyer would also be very expensive and I do not have the money. I will never ever again buy an apple product because I would have to take it to them for repairs as they are the only ones approved to repair them in Polokwane. They are the reason I have not bought another iPhone, I am grateful that they wrote the iPhone off because I would be stuck with 2 dysfunctional devices if they tried to repair it. I am extremely disappointed, and I will be telling everyone I know not to take their apple devices to these people. Goodbye Apple, for as long as I live in this town.</p>
<p>I took my iPad Air 2 to a store in Polokwane called WeFix to get my screen replaced. When it came back R4000 later, it had marks by the corners to show that it was opened. The battery wouldn't charge, my touch ID wasn't working. I took it back and they wanted me to pay to fix the touch ID and battery to which I protested. They then replaced the battery for free but could not fix the touch ID, and now it seems that the power button randomly presses itself even when the iPad is not being used. Are these guys endorsed by Apple? Not to mention that they lost my pouch. </p>
