Out standing service thanks Jayden Coleman, I really didn't think my laptop would be ready the next day what awesome service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I am a consumer for life. I so in joy going to evetech just knowing I am going to take a drive there makes it worth it. Just hope there was more like Jayden at evetech he's a outstanding sales guy keep it up

I was there thinking they would find the problem with my car they said that my air and petrol mixer was incorrect so I believe them, they said that the problem within the air and petrol is causing my spark plugs to go black the results is that the plugs stop working so my car gets fluid, the guy that helped me said he is 99% sure that is the problem after I asked him is there anymore issues he said no, a week latter the car is doing the same thing I call back asking for the mechanic to please call me back I followed up 3 times and they kept tell me the same thing we will get someone to call you back and no one calls if I have to say I am very disappointed as I Spent R1000 on this job and was willing to pay what ever it cost to fix my car, yeah to quite to take the money and not to keep to resolve the problem, guys I wouldn't recommend this branch.
I hope as a client of Telkom and not sell Direct marketing that the reviews I am seeing is not a worry because I was also contacted by them and they told me I am from Telkom and I even ask the guy I was dealing with are you from Telkom he said yes I am. I have faith in Telkcom as I am a client for years and years and never really had that many problems, thinking it was them I went forward with the contract renewal and only after the contract was done I found out the next day when I phoned Telkcom they said there was no odder on my name and there is just a note saying sell direct is working with my contract renewal. I hate a lier and maybe if they told me the truth from the beginning and said I am from sell direct I would put more faith in them and would not be worrying and thinking someone if forwarding my cell phone contract but seeing all the bad reviews makes me wander if this will go smoothly. hopefully my oder will not be a **** up if so I will change my review to 1start but 3 starts for good customer service please the staff needs to change there approach on saying I am for this company it saves me time trying to phone and find out information and it's against the law to say you from a company and you don't work there. It is just common courtesy to say I am representing a company and I am selling this on behalf of them. If they did that I would of did more business with them because they telling me the truth. And if this order of mine is a messy situation and I need to run around I will complain to high ups at Telkcom about my experience. if not please expect a better review from my side and I will give 5 starts and change my mind about the company.
on the 5th of every mouth money goes to Telkom for my cell phone when it came to the 6th i notice the money was still in my account i call them and asked why the money was still reflecting they said it was paid i made a EFT just to be sure it was paid as i only found out from my bank a week later that the money failed likely i did the EFT but i had to phone them to confirm if they money was taken form my account they told me they had system problems on the 5th and only tried to take they money on the 8th but the hole time my EFT i made should them i paid my bank charged me failed chargers because they never let me know they had system errors and will be taking the money late if i know that i would of left the money in the account tell it got taken off but the face remains i must pay there charges and my bank charges just because they never let me know there system had a ERROR! I will never ever use there services after my contact is done i am cancelling it i always pay on time and if they cant pull there act together they will lose more clients like me i did away with there ADSL witch was worse and went to MWEB and i have never been more happy then i am with them..but i will never in my like ever use telkom again
