Subject: Deeply Disappointed with Recurrent Quality Issues Dear Ekort Butcher, I have been a loyal customer for over five years, consistently choosing your products for my food store due to their previously reliable quality. However, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recurring issues I’ve encountered with your special garlic polony. On three separate occasions, including my most recent purchase, I have been dismayed to discover upon returning home that the polony was brown and discoloured, a stark contrast to the quality I have come to expect from your brand. This is not only concerning from a visual standpoint but also raises questions about the safety and edibility of the product. The explanation provided by your manager, attributing the problem to a “factory fault,” is unsatisfactory. The product appears rotten, which is unacceptable. This issue has now necessitated another inconvenient trip back to your store, costing me an additional 200 rand in petrol and valuable time that could be spent elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction and product integrity. It is imperative that these issues be addressed promptly to prevent further erosion of trust and to ensure that no other customer experiences similar disappointments. I have been with mi way since 2014 and I have never received my reward cash and according to MiWay's terms and conditions, if you are a loyal Client for 3 years and you never miss a premium payment in any of the 3 years, they will give you an average off the premiums equivalent to 1 month's premium i only received one email this year stating that they will pay my Final payout of mirewards on the 25th of R179 I mean what's that how can it be my Final if it's actually my first payout this is unacceptable
Hi dont ever do business with this people they lie and they are con artists i bought a house they were the transferring attorneys they took two years to do the transfer however they could not get the zoning certificate for the house . thus the bank canceled the transaction now they charging me wasted cost however the seller was in breach of contract and they unlawfully charged me R22000 for their mistakes Theart Mey was acting on behalf of the seller

<p>About a month ago i bought a bed from ufo furniture payed 7000 rand cash for the bed they promised me that it would be here in 7days however im still awaiting for my bed to arrive.this is very unacceptable i am a customer who has paid in cash for my item.everytime i call the store they tell me that i must just wait there is nothing they can do . For a whole month me and my wife have been sleeping on the floor . I will never ever buy anything at UFO FURNITURE in my life again .This is very bad service i must say .</p>
