Words can't even begin to describe my frustration with this SP. For the better half of 3 months we have had intermittent network at besta and been completely in the dark at worst and worst off it is definitely on the tier two/infrastructure side. Numerous members in my complex have lodged tickets (myself included) and we are left without responses and vague timelines. Days later I'm still waiting for a technician to come fix my fibre line. Honestly the network is akin to Rain. We are still liable to pay for a full month of service when we've only had network for half the month each month. It's absolutely unacceptable to hold us hostage in this way, we are liable to our employers and clients without any recourse. We are forced to spend hundreds of rands on mobile data to try meet our commitments. I am definitely appealing to the body corporate to look into changing providers. I am enough!
I booked for a Hollywood wax and the the****** claims she phoned me 4 times to confirm my appointment but could reach me. I have no calls on my phone. She asked me to come back an hour later and listening to her was my biggest regret. She used strip wax and only did half the job. She gave me a 5 minute back massage but I would rather have a complete job. I'm livid. R500 wasted on half a Hollywood wax.
I've been waiting over a week for a standard delivery item to Sandton. My order still says processing. It was meant to be a gift and now I can't even find out where my order is despite trying all of this week to resolve it because after waiting cumulatively for 3 hours on hold on Monday and Tuesday I still couldn't get through. And forget about emails because I've sent 3 different emails and still no response. Zando has taken my money and all but disappeared
<p>A friend of mine and I tried BBQ workshop for the first time on Wednesday. It took quite a while for someone to come take our order. Eventually the manager came by us when we wanted to order hot chocolate he told us they didn't serve it. Disappointed we settled for tea. After sometime when we noticed the menu options on the boards we saw there was hot chocolate and asked our waitress why it was listed if the restaurant doesn't make hot chocolate. The manager then said "my bad" I've never ever seen anyone served a hot chocolate here before. This would not be acceptable if he was a waiter and I can't understand how a manager is not familiar with his restaurant's menu options. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say Lerato our waitress was amazing. She was friendly and attentive. She also made helpful menu recommendations. We had a great meal and an overall pleasant evening. </p>
