About 3 months ago I decided to migrate my ADSL line to Fibre, with Telkom.....Oh what a disaster: 1. Place order 19th June 2019 2. Wait for Vumatel to do the installation 3. Wait ... wait ....wait 4. Contact Telkom to find out what the hold is? 5. No solution 6. Cancel order 7. Approach Afrihost and place order 8. A month later no installation 9. back and forth communication with Afrihost and Vumatel 10. 2 months later still no installation only to find out Vumatel still have my order from Telkom. 11. Contact Telkom and confirm the order has been cancelled. 12. Weeks later still trying to confirm my address in order for Vumatel to do the installation. 13. 18th September and things seem to be coming together... I have been promised that the previous order with Telkom was cancelled and I now await for Vumatel to issue Afrihost confirmation that it has been cancelled and ONLY then can Afrihost place an order..... 14. I await progress with calming tranquilizers for my installation
I am so disgusted with the service. I recently ordered 2 items off the website. When my package arrived it was someone else's package ..... I immediately informed the customer care division. It was handle by not 1 but 3 other call centre personal, who just did not get back to me. Instead I only receive a stupid mail that informs me that the problem is being handled. No feedback or call..... I have to call every time to find out what is the status of delivery. Now, I am sitting and waiting for my order to arrive, this has been going on for the last three days. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything from them in the future.
Why does Nedbank not payout winnings on powerball, I played through Nedbank and won, but no payout was received in my account. My ticket had two winning rows. Yet they charges you a fee for the trancaction
