Good day.i have being trying to make enquiries regarding a sofa set from Teds springfield only to be connected to a very rude and arrogant salesman ANDREW.he tells me there's just 2 sales man at the store so they cannot return our calls.so why advertise everywhere yet there's no 1 to assist us.i tried calling numerous times to call back and he keeps cutting off my calls. absolutely bad service.
Hi.I have done and online application for a credit card.Was contacted by a consultant and I forwarded through all the relevant documents.thereafter no contact with them at all.even the standard bank call center cannot assist me cause it's and online application.I therefore contacted the standard bank customer service center on the 16 July 2019.And right until this point no one can assist me.what should I do?
<p>Hi.I have met in and accident last night due to this terrible rain.I phoned my insurance company santam to ask if they could please get a tow truck out to me asap as I was alone on the m13 and it was really a quiet place.after 10 mins jumbo towlines was there and I was glad.but when I phoned my insurance company back to ask them if my car could be towed away by them they said no.I was really really disappointed cause they didn't even think that my life was at risk.I waited up to and hour before the tow truck could pitch up.until this time jumbo timeline waited with me.I'm really really grateful to the guy who assisted me right until the end for free.hats off for u guys.keep up the excellent work Jumbo towlines.</p>
<p>Hi.I have registered a claim with Santa on the 6/11/2016 for a vehicle of mine that was hijacked.from the start of the claim no 1 has ever contacted me to let me know what's going on.2 weeks later from the date the car was found.I contacted santam and informed them that the vehicle was found and asked what was the way forward.They told me a courier service Will come through to fetch my logbook.and I will have to go to the pound to identify my vehicle.All of this I complied with.1 whole week from there past and no 1 contacted me about what's going on.so I phoned through and they pushed me from this person to that person not realising that it was me who called them.after a few days I called back and was told the car is write off.weeks is gone now no 1 contacted me still and I still didn't even get paid out.I emailed the complaints email and no 1 replied so I decided to call the complaints number and was told that someone will get back to me the next day but still nothing.such pathetic service and rude staff I had to go through with.it seems has if they are more on a festive season mood rather than putting the customer first.I would never recommend this insurance to anyone.</p>
