Professional service
I wanted to make a booking for two weeks in Sedgefield. First week is in the school holiday. I phoned reservations for help, to ensure we get the same unit for both weeks. The lady who handled my request was extremely friendly and professional. She sorted everything out in 5 minutes. I can honestly say this is the best service I received from any company / business in the last two years.

Update on previous review.
I refer to my previous review of Fruugo. I received the package on 14 Feb 2024. They use the SA Post office as "courier" which may explain some of the delays. However, the product (a watch charging cable) seems to be defective. I will still not recommend them to anyone.

Item never received
I ordered a phone charging cable. Order number 128390973. Received regular "updates" by email. According to the "updates" the item left the supplier on 9 Jan 2024 and arrived in RSA on 15 January. Since 25 Jan at 07:44 it has been "in transit" but to this day it did not arrive in Bela-Bela. Fruugo had the audacity to request feedback on their service. I told them that the package never arrived, but they did not respond. In my opinion they are *****sters. Will never use them again.

Professional, service orientated company with an ethos of excellence.
The most professional company I have dealt with in years. From starting to do my homework, until fitment of the canopy, the process was a pleasure. Their web site is user friendly and provides comprehensive information. A quote was received promptly after I requested one, and after I accepted and paid the deposit it was plain sailing. I received SMS's updating me on the progress at each manufacturing stage, from sheet metal cutting, through bending, welding, painting to final QC checks. Three days later I was in Pretoria for other business and dropped in at the factory to enquire about another issue. The friendly personnel quickly provided the info I required and then told that the canopy is ready and could be fitted immediately if I was prepared to wait. This suited me very well as I live in Bela-Bela and expected to travel to Pretoria again for fitment. An hour later I was on my way home, with a new canopy on the back of my bakkie. The company has a culture of excellence, visible in every person I met, from the sales manager to the friendly lady who made us coffee to guys who did the actual fitting.

Very scarce part located
I was looking for a 2nd hand part, which I thought would be easy to locate. However it turned out to be the exact opposite. In the whole of Gauteng there was only one available. Mohammed at SDM Auto-centre went out of his way to find the part, and had it delivered to me at a significantly lower price than the one I could get locally. I feel confident to recommend them, for excellent and honest service.
