McT fibre sucks
McT starting to dig without pernission of Rustebburg Local municipality. We now have been without power for 26 hours and not a peep from MCT, not a sorry, not a efdort to repair the cable. We dont want MCT in iur town. Lots of families lost perishables and frozen goods

Pathetic_ we are paying for thir NIGERIAN mess
<p>Called before 15 Dec to get early cancellation vlue as I lost my job and want to do the responsible thing, to NO AVAIL.... called 808, went to MTN store in the mall ALL referring me back to the useless 808 number. Reverted to emails with a promise of 48 business hour feedback last time I checked , that is 6 working days which is also a PATHETIC SLA turn around time on customer service, 12 working days has passed....... and no response, no wonder average on this Company is a failing 2......... </p> <p> </p> <p>Numerous reference numbers </p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 2 - this sent diretlyfrom an MTN store by the way, from their OWN employees</p> <p> ********** 11 - sent on THEIR WEBSITE on te 15th </p> <p> ********** 55 - sent ALS on their website on the 15th</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
