Paid my account on the 25th of February using the machine. I was told that the payment declined which I did not check on my side. I left the shop in Bayside Mall notice later that I was double charged. I went back and told them they refer me to my bank which I did go but they could not access it since it went through. I went back and the consultant made a call to their banker and she was told to wait for the following day which she did and called and there was a confirmation that they are over with the amount that was charged in my card. To cut the story short I had to print a statement proving that the money went out twice. What pieced me of is the consultant called Mohlodi the way she crossed question the consultant who assisted me as if she did *****. They dont want to be accountable instead they taking me forth and back not even given a word that my money will be paid. Im so so angry I want my money cause now I will have to be charged for the bank statement and also.my time while im at work need to cut short my lunch all the time. I want back my money and im closing that account.
I'm writing this review for the second time within the same month. I called on Tuesday with regard my deposit because according to Avis they dont debit the deposit they put a hold to it until the car is returned. To my surprise when I went to my bank today the money was debited not on hold. I see why people are complaining and still waiting for their deposits to be released for ages. I was told that they did message the bank to release the money what a strategy . I need my deposit back.
Had an accident and my insurance rented a curtousy car through avis. I was told to pay an upfront deposit amd will get back my deposit within 7 days after returning the car. To cut the story short I brought back the car on the 5th December . I called today since they were not communicating with me with regarding my deposit. I got a shock to hear that the process of releasing my deposit has not been done. I'm not happy at all I want back my money.
I wrote a complaint on the 30th November regarding how I was treated and my complaint was handled and the money was released fir my investment which I withdrew and now I’m still waiting fir my business money to be released as well. I have received an email stating the funds have been made available for withdrawal since Monday but when I log into my app there are no funds showing. I called and was told the account is not linked on my profile it will be sorted within 72 hours till today no funds are available. I’m tired of calling being asked so many questions till ran out of airtime since I’m using my airtime to call because the secure chat I can’t even send a message. I sent an email to Bervely since the 4th no response at all not even acknowledging that she received my mail did send the docs that were requested in adding my business partner I’m so tired since the relationship has ended I want to withdraw my money and never looked back or have anything to do with FNB I’m sick and tired of them to be honest.
Wrote last week with regard my money that was frozen at FNB got my Investment paid still waiting for my balance that was on my business account. They promised to pay within 72 hours which was yesterday still waiting.
Had a cheque and business account with FNB and was not impressed with the way they treated me after they took my money and asked me to provide evidence which I did but at the end they asked me to go to court to get a court order in order for them to release my money. What I hate I must go pay lawyers in order to do that and also I had 32 day notice which I did invest my money from my work salary they took that as well to my surprise after going to them before my money was taken for that to be released when time was passing they told me they kept that as well in order to release everything together . I refused to pay lawyers with something that is mine which they are keeping. I’m not happy with the way I was treated and I want my money coz I worked hard for it.
Im at the bank as we speak in Bayside Mall. My problem has not been resolved as I'm being told to go to court to get my money. I have money on investment that was supposed to be paid to my other account the 1st of April what ****ses me off they not even saying anything about that but the money on my business account that I need to go to court for. That is another expense as I'm not willing to get a lawyer in order to get my money paid. I need a clarity with regard my investment as well. There's a lady here who always assist and her name is Xoli Kave she is so sweet and she does not get tired of assist me. I don't even queue will go straight to her and she will ask u have not been assisted though u got your investment already. She is kind not having a problem with her but the way FNB head office is handling my matter I'm not happy at all and I wont give in until they pay me back what belongs to me.
I'm not happy with FNB at all as I wrote a complaint before with regard the way they treated me when I was their client. After 48 hours the complaint department did contact me and asked me to send my account no which I did on the 26th of April . I had to go to the branch on Thursday to enquire about my money till today they have not deposited my money. I'm tired of waisting my time and efforts to go to the branch. I need my money urgently I believe I have all the right to get what belongs to me .
I was FNB client until I was told that they ending the relationship by the 7th of March I must make sure that all my money from the account is cleared by the 7th which I did go to the bank to do so. I had my savings on the 32 day notice which I asked to be transferred to my Capitec Account because I did not want to pay any charges because I was very disappointed with they way they asked me to exit. The money was supposed to be on my account by the 1st of April until now nothing. I went inside the branch now I'm told to go to the court. I'm very angry as I don't want to write the rest of the story what I can say they are unprofessional with the way they handle cases the way I feel I can't even express but they will loose clients if they handle cases the way they do. Calling it is the waist of time to them. I want my money because I saved that money from my salary it has nothing to do with their lame facts . The way I was treated its unfair and my money that they took telling me to go to court it's ridiculous.
I'm not happy with the way my query was handled today. I bought a Russell Hob kettle and it stopped working today. I took it back as I was driving to the store the kettle cracked and when I got to the store I was told they can't assist me because of the crack. I left the kettle in the store because it's not working and useless. I'm one of the good customers with a big credit I decided this month to settle the account and close it.
