I work from home and the amount of times in a month that my internet has issues or is non existent is beyond shocking. I have paid more in data bundles than my monthly bill. STAY AWAY, bad service, takes hours to get anyone to come help. Save yourself the headache and go with LITERALLY anyone else
If you want to be ghosted by every consultant and have no emails or calls returned this is the company for you! But if you want multiple consultants to WhatsApp you while you’re at work after telling them you’re at work then apply today! Honestly the most pathetic service I have ever had to deal with ( still on going )
I had amazing service from Tamryn Hendricks this morning! We recently adopted our first puppy and insurance applications can be abit intense! She was super friendly, informative and answered all my questions no matter how silly. She helped us navigate our policy and made the process an absolute pleasure! 10/10 services! Thank you Tamryn! Looking forward to have Dotsure to cover our new pup! Highly recommend and massively convenient!
Went in for the Queen pedicure package, came home and all the polished was smudged and all over the place, very disappointed. To make matters worse I have phoned the front desk 11 times with no answer.
I am very unimpressed with the service at Capitec bank ( not the consultant but the bank itself ) I applied for a small personal loan, supplied bank statements, salary slips and letter for proof of employment to only be told I have been declined because the business I work for does not have a land line office number?! And if not provided I cannot be approved and this is the ONLY solution. For a bank that advertises quick easy loans I find this pathetic as I went out of my way to provide as many possible contact numbers from my company but because we do not have a land line and the main office is located internationally - cannot be picked up on their system. Very disappointed
<p>So I went to pick n pay on my lunch break today to buy 1 AVO and R10 worth of chips at the counter... Everything was fine until I have to pay, all the counters are backed up with people, the cashiers having full on conversations with thier friends, then I go to the smaller counter since I have only two items ... Have to wait another 10 minutes so the cashier can finish her conversation ... Like seriously it's freezing and I iust want one avo... this is literally the third time this week I he to wait just to pay...</p>
