My network is been off since Thursday 11/09/2025 my account is 22401 , they made a job card ref:129293 and they informed me that there's no date of when it will be fixed. On 13/09/2025 I called at about 10:25 and I was told technicians are not working on weekends.
I gave them boots to put in new sole on the 18 March they told me it takes a week because they must order the part. On 8 April my wife went there to get the boots but on her arrival they didn't even start work on the boot. They only put glue on the boot. Next day the boot was courier d to me. Yesterday on 15 April I wore it and the sole was off they didn't see it they put glue only. Im very disappointed at Barksole N1 City they don't care about customers or they took a chance because I send a female that's why they did short cuts.
Mpho Mohlabi from cartrack called me as soon as I start my vehicle

good day

As I'm writing this complaint in Butterworth Hospital.I assisted a lady, her child was transferred from Willowvalle Hospital to Butterworth. The lady is unemployed and she asked me because there was no ambulance available at the time

The receptionist that is working at this moment told the lady that she MUSTpay R40.I gave the lady R40 because she was stressing about her child who's arm is broken.

I then asked her if she received a receipt from the payment and she told me that the lady wrote R40 outside the child's folder.

According to my knowledge government/public hospitals don't have to demand money if you don't have.

My question is why is the receptionist demanding money and wher is the money going to?
