Active since Jan 2017
Good day, I was having an issue with the line, whereby it was connected without internet. I Googled the company's contact details, where it shows 068 451 9123 or 075 345 1130. I WhatsApp the first number and the guy advice that i pay R150 to upgrade the line and funds should be paid into his personal account (Bank details account TymeBank 51134188504 - N MASHANGANYI) but on True caller the number is registered under Amos based in Giyani
I recently moved into a new residence and Vox assigned VUMA to install the new infrastructure and it was done without any hassle and they informed that I make Vox regarding activation of the line. Consultants at Vox just answers the call and leave you hanging for more than 20 minutes on the line. Issue has been going on for 3 days.

I recently took in my vehicle for service (60 000km), a week later the car started giving me battery issue up until on the 31 Dec 2016, where I had to call road assistance to come and jump start the car and the technician who assisted me advised that I should bring in the vehicle because this issue will be on going if not attended to ASAP. On the 3 Jan 2017, I took the vehicle and David (Technician) had a look and advised that the battery needed to be replaced. I then asked David what's the alternative because I can't be looking for someone to jump start the vehicle every morning. That's when David called his Team lead (Jameel Ernest) to advise with the way forward. The guy was RUDE, he literally told me that there's nothing he can do to assist either than coming back within 15 working days to come and book for a new battery. I then asked him, how about I leave the car with you guys while waiting for the battery to be delivered. He told me that he currently doesn't have any courtesy car available after giving one to a lady right in front of me and the was a Polo Vivo parked opposite the entrance (I took a picture of the car). The vehicle is currently displaying few mulfunctions icons and the guys didn't even bother to help with.
