We in the process of applying for a finance on property the banks requested a paid up letter form Directaxis we we been pushed from pillar to post and no one in this organization can help after several email endless telephone calls they just don't care

Useless twits
Been of for 6 days numerous phone calls and worst customer service ever have been givin a so called SR Number but it means nothing will have to cancel our service and move on to a better service provider

Good day I contacted Cell C on email and telephonic correspondence cant seem to get the legal department to give me feedback or anyone the only correspondence I receive is an email saying they will be in contact soon from the 15th of October till now and they just could be bothered

<p>My contract was due for a upgrade wanted a S7 edge long story short they was not helpful instead remarked that I don't quality? ??????? Well cancelled my contract via cancellation's department walked into Cell C store contract sorted walked out with what I needed new S7 and 10K for my effort and totally unlimited package so Vodacom I ask you again after 20 years of loyalty been spending R1250 every month not good enough see you never and my wife is cancelling all her Vodacom company accounts due to your ****ty attitude guess that one will sting </p>
