I received an sms on 03/02/2022 regarding a personal loan application which is in process and awaiting outstanding documents. Today when I checked my credit report there’s an enquiry made by Standard Bank powercurve. I have never applied for a loan nor a credit product from Standard Bank. I called making an enquiry regarding the above, no one could answer.
My credit card was paid in full more than a year plus back and it still appears as an account in arrears on my profile. I called customer service several times to have it updated on my credit report and I would be told that it will be done, till date it hasn’t been updated. I’m truly disappointed
Happy with the service received from Carol and Masetshaba on 3/1/23 from Jhb to CPT.
In the 7th of December 2022 @Home (TFG) had an online 40% off le Creuset . Immediately selected the items that I wanted and made payment. I immediately received an email confirming my purchase. In the email it indicated that I will be contacted in three days for arrangement of collection or delivery my order. As December is busy, I gave TFG benefit of the doubt and waited, and there was no communication or whatsoever from TFG. I then sent an email on 29th December 2022 enquiring about my order and the delivery arrangements, I then got a reply from TFG informing me that “due to unforeseen circumstances my order had to be cancelled. And that This may have happened because the item was so popular we ran out of stock quicker than our warehouse systems were able to update.” I’m very disappointed with TFG, I want my order. The reasons that was provided is either here nor there. TFG advertised the online special, customers made purchases now they coming up with excuses.

I write this complain with a great disappointment to Vodacom. On December last year on the 20th I upgraded my phone with Vodacom to p9 Huawei, which was offered with a 2000 Woolworths voucher. I tried redeeming the voucher with the prompt on the voucher and it gives an email address which doesn't exist. The website address printed on the card also doesn't exist. The consultants at the Vodacom stores also have no idea how to redeem the voucher. Huawei has been consulted by myself, no assist or whatsoever. One of the consultants gave some numbers to contact for some Tlc company there's no answer. Surprisingly Vodacom has been running the special from November and it's also been running till February. How does Vodacom sell something to their customers that doesn't exist??????? False advertising
