We took our 80 old grandmother with us to the Aquadome, she is in a wheelchair. The lifts in the Aquadome don't work which meant that she had to battle to climb all those stairs. And then to make matters worse, when we were on our way back to the car, the security company (SSG Security) that works there was parked in the middle of the pathway that is meant for the wheelchair. When we confronted the driver as to why he parks in a non parking and as to why he parked in the middle of the way, he simply answers with "I was looking for the shade" He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. And what's even more ridiculous is that the Emerald Resort doesn't even have a wheelchair ramp in the parking lot. Which means that we had to walk all the way around the parking area just to make our way down to the Aquadome.
Bought a pump from them last year 2016, but now when trying to start it, it makes a buzzing noise, and pump doesn't switch on, was told it could be the motor. Paid call out fee, the technician came 09/10/2017. He all he did was took his *****driver and loosened something at the back of the motor, he said the motor ran dry and seized and then left. Was later informed that it is a warranty claim. It is now the 31/10/2017, haven't had any real response from them, I have been to the store to find out what is wrong. All they say is that it is a warranty claim and that my info has been sent on and someone will contact me soon. How much longer must I wait to get feedback?

I purchased 2 Robot Hands from Toyzone today at Mall @ Carnival. On the packaging it shows that it has Flashlight capabilities and even has battery compartment, thinking that it would be a nice toy for my 4 year old son, I bought it for him and didn't mind that it was R50 due to it having lights in it to make it worth the purchase. But to my dissappointment, when I arrived home, I saw that it does in fact not light up, so I open the battery compartment to see if it has batteries in or not. But to even more dissappointment, it doesn't even have the metal contact plates in. Which means it is being advertised as something that uses batteries, when in actual fact it doesn't!

Very disgusted in this overly priced toy.
