Staff are great, yet when returning an item the store can’t refund as they don’t have enough cash on hand. The item is returned and two weeks later still nothing refund from management. After calling varied times still no refund. I’d think twice about using them in future

They tested my purchased bottle water( by accident) and still convinced my to purchase pool chemicals, I approached them afterwards, explained with an attitude, ' all water needs chemicals, Told them I don't trust their testing, both agreed I must just stay away from their shop

Make sure you read the fine print on the counter tops when you shop at Rynfield Pool and Spa ,if you need any electrical items make sure that its exactly what you need because to exchange or return is a absolute nightmare and you will be charged a 15% handling fee ..There are no visible signs in the shop indicating this besides the fine print on the counter.I purchased a LED pool light only to discover when retuning home that it will not work ,so I returned the following day to exchange the light for another model which will better suit my set up ,this is when I was told that even though I returned the light exactly how I bought it ,it now needs to go back to the suppliers to be tested .And only then will they exchange it for me which I agreed on .I went around a few days later to see what was going on ,I could now exchange the light but they don't have stock on the alternative light .I asked for a refund and was then told there's a 15% handling charge now on the return. So my advise is rather shop were the basic consumer act rules are followed and now where you are given the run around on returns that are untampered with.

I bought a new pool pump from Pool-Pond-Spa in Meyersdal on Friday afternoon 2018.12.07. Installed it over the weekend and on Sunday morning when i started the pump for the first time, i realized the motor is not turning, so i took the entire pump out and took it back to the shop. The manager at the shop told me she cant take it back, her suppliers needs to come out to my house for a inspection (she assured me this would be on Monday). Monday afternoon i got a phone call from the supplier that she only got notification from the shop now, and they will be at my house on Tuesday morning to inspect. The technician opened up the pump, told me its a used pump and the pump was manufactured in 2013. He told me that they will contact the store and let them know its an old pump they can swop it out for me for a new one. When we got to the store, the lady told us she is not swopping it out, because its not their pump because they dont sell old pumps. Eventually we spoke to the owner of the stores and she told us we are pulling a fast one on them we swopped it out for a old pump and now trying to put the blame on them. She told us they will get advice from consumer act and see if they can trace the pump from their suppliers, also assured us that they will get back to me latest Wednesday 2018.12.13. Today is Thursday i still haven't heard anything back from them & i am now sitting with a green pool, broken pump and 2k down in my pocket.

The Meyersdal shop, debited us instead of crediting us for a pool chlorinator we returned. Now to get our refund back plus the extra debit they took is proving to be a nightmare. No communication from their accounts department and no feedback on when payment will be done. They don't answer their phones and only when they want to reply to WhatsApp only.... it's been over a week now and we are no where closer to knowing when our money will be refunded. The staff at Meyersdal shop stand at the door refusing us to come in. Absolutely shocking!!!! Give our money back.

I bought the swimming pool pump and the motor is leaking water. Upon request for the replacement I was told the motor does not belong to them but manufacture, so I must deal with the manufacturer. I then insist on getting help and Jason gave me a phone to speak to a lady by the name of Anashri who claim to be the owner of the product. She then later say she is not going to help me. I must see what I can do. Jason is very rude and tells me he does not have license to deal with his product. Jason is expecting me to get hold of his warranty department but expect me to get hold of them.

Bought a pump from them last year 2016, but now when trying to start it, it makes a buzzing noise, and pump doesn't switch on, was told it could be the motor. Paid call out fee, the technician came 09/10/2017. He all he did was took his *****driver and loosened something at the back of the motor, he said the motor ran dry and seized and then left. Was later informed that it is a warranty claim. It is now the 31/10/2017, haven't had any real response from them, I have been to the store to find out what is wrong. All they say is that it is a warranty claim and that my info has been sent on and someone will contact me soon. How much longer must I wait to get feedback?
