NO customer service!! Thiefs!!!! Deducting unauthorised money from my account. I returned the rental on 16 Feb - today is 2 March and I have not received myR4000 deposit back. They said max 7 days!! I have sent numerous emails, phoned about 10 times!! Their phone lines are so bad - I had to call back 6 times because the operators can't hear. WORST company!!! The customer care agent who I dealt with via email can't spell and his grammar is so bad - I can not understand what he is trying to say.
Pathetic repair work done and received my car back with NEW damage which they tried to cover up, but did a terrible job. When I took my car back so that they can fix what they messed up, they gave me a courtesy car that is so dirty that I can't even touch the steering wheel and an empty tank. I will not recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve one star.
<p>I applied online for a woolworths store card on 12 JUNE 2017. I had to send my documents FOUR times - THREE different people phoned me to read me the SAME terms and conditions and contract agreement - when the FOURTH person phoned I said they already phoned me three times. </p> <p>I received the final agreement documents which I signed and sent back. I sent a follow up email DAYS later to ask about when I will receive my card - it is now 18 JULY 2017 and still NOTHING!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />SHAME on you woolies. This is the worst service I ever received - if you can even call it service.</p> <p> </p>
<p>So today is the 10th of the month. My contract should'ce been updated by the 1st with my Airtime and Data bundle....I phoned them on the 4th to find out what is going on because all other contract on the same account has been updated. I have tried to make contact serveral times since then - still no Airtime and no Data!!!</p>
